In a medium bowl mix the breadcrumbs, corn flakes, chili flakes, dried oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.
Roll each piece of chicken breast into the lightly beaten egg wash and then coat with the breadcrumbs mixture.
Drizzle with just a little bit of olive oil and place some of the strips in an air fryer. Cook on 400F or 190 C degrees for about 20 minutes. You can cook the chicken breast in three batches.
After the chicken, season the potato fries with chili flakes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
Cook them in two-three batches for about 15 minutes at 350 F or 180 C degrees.
