St. Patrick’s Day is on at Balan’s—the Brickell hotspot where things are done a little differently. Forget the typical green beer, Balan’s is bringing the festive vibes with style. From 3 to 7 p.m., swing by for the Guinness & Oyster Happy Hour, the perfect way to kick off the celebration.
With your pint in hand, dive into some of Balan’s signature dishes that will have you coming back for more. Try the rich, tender crab cakes, served with a zesty tartar sauce and fresh arugula, or Balan’s Burger, stacked on a fresh Zak the Baker bun and paired with crispy, golden fries. Cheers!
Balan’s Brickell is located at 901 S Miami Ave Suite 108, Miami, FL 33130. For more information, visit their official website.

Midweek calls for a bit of indulgence, and Costa Med in Key Biscayne is just the place to do it. This charming bistro isn’t about rushed bites or working lunches—it’s about savoring every moment. Take a long, leisurely Wednesday escape and settle into a sun-drenched table, perhaps on the outdoor terrace where the island breeze sets the mood.
Start with crispy crab cake pops topped with sweet mango and bell pepper aioli, then linger over Greek-style branzino, butterflied in-house and served with asparagus. And because lunch should be an experience, not an errand, a glass of wine is encouraged. With impeccable service, refined European flavors, and a setting that makes you want to stay all afternoon, Costa Med is proof that Wednesdays deserve to be special.
Thursday, March 20: National Ravioli Day at Primo’s

This Thursday we’re making dinner reservations at Primo’s because not only is it National Ravioli Day, but Primo’s released a new specials menu that we are just dying to try. In fact, Primo’s has a special treat in store for us—beef short rib ravioli that is simply to die for. A slow-braised short rib that simply melts in your mouth fills the delicate ravioli and is topped with a creamy mushroom sauce. It’s ravioli heaven, nothing less.
The night won’t be complete without other mouth-watering specialties like the tender octopus salad, which comes paired with potatoes, black olives, and a tangy lemon vinaigrette. No one’s leaving without dessert either—the silky passionfruit cheesecake is a slice of paradise.
