Nestled in the heart of Coral Gables, Dōjō is a fresh addition to Miami’s Japanese dining scene, offering an elevated izakaya and saké bar experience. Brought to life by the team behind the acclaimed Zitz Sum, a Michelin-rated, James Beard-nominated restaurant, Dōjō reflects a deep appreciation for intimate Japanese bars, high-quality seafood, and charcoal-grilled delicacies.

The restaurant’s philosophy is rooted in the concept of Ichigo Ichie—a celebration of fleeting yet meaningful moments—ensuring that every visit feels like a unique and immersive culinary journey.
The menu is a masterclass in modern Japanese flavors, with an emphasis on precision and quality. The yakisoba noodles—coated in uni butter and topped with rock shrimp and Hokkaido uni—offer an indulgent bite. Meanwhile, the okonomiyaki presents a bold take on the classic cabbage pancake, layered with Benton’s bacon, maple tare, and pickled guanciale.
With its relentless commitment to hospitality, impeccable food, and a thoughtfully curated saké selection, Dōjō is poised to become a Coral Gables staple.

A beloved staple in New York City, Rosemary’s brings its signature blend of seasonal Italian cuisine, warm hospitality, and rustic charm to the heart of Wynwood. Founded by Carlos Suarez of the Casa Nela hospitality group, the Miami outpost marks a homecoming for the Cuban-English restaurateur, whose family spent nearly 20 years in the Magic City.
Much like its Greenwich Village predecessor, Rosemary’s Miami is a celebration of simple, delicious food made with locally sourced ingredients. Housed in a transformed shoe warehouse, the restaurant seamlessly blends urban farmhouse aesthetics with a lush outdoor oasis, featuring an on-site urban garden cultivated in collaboration with Little River Cooperative. The garden provides a bounty of fresh herbs, vegetables, and citrus, which Executive Chef Craig Giunta (formerly of Mother Wolf and Macchialina) incorporates into nearly every dish.
The menu is an ode to Italy’s vibrant flavors and Miami’s seasonal bounty. Expect house-made focaccia, handmade pastas, and fresh seafood, with signature dishes like eggplant caponata with roasted vegetables, pine nuts, and agrodolce and orecchiette with house-made sausage, broccoli rabe, and Fresno chili. Exclusive Miami offerings include crudo of bluefin tuna with seasonal citrus, fennel, and coriander; linguine with Florida rock shrimp, lemon, and bomba chili; and heritage porchetta with zucchini salad and Calabrian date hot sauce. Classic Italian desserts, including Tiramisu, Bombolini with Nutella crema, and Olive Oil Cake, round out the meal.
The beverage program features Italian spritzes, zero-proof cocktails, and a curated selection of Italian wines designed to complement the menu.
Designed by NYC’s Dekar Design, the 7,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor space evokes the warmth of a Tuscan villa, offering a relaxed yet elevated dining experience.
Dinner is served Sunday-Thursday, 5-10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 5-11 p.m. Lunch, brunch, and happy hour are coming soon. Rosemary’s Miami is located at 322 NW 25th Street, Miami, FL. Follow @rosemarysrestaurant for updates.
