New Wellness Spots in Miami: January 2026

Melissa Puppo

One of the best parts of living (or visiting) Miami is that there’s always something new to explore. One month it’s reformer Pilates in a moody Little River studio, the next it’s infrared sculpting in Miami Beach or a seed-oil-free hot bar in Brickell. Right now, the city’s wellness scene is in full bloom—perfect for everyone setting their New Year’s intentions. From organic grocers to high-energy workout classes, these new openings are giving us every reason to refresh our routines. Here are 11 spots worth checking out.

Breaking a Sweat

New fitness concepts pop up all over Miami all the time. Discover some of the latest hotspots around town.

BODYROK, Coconut Grove

Get ready to shake, plank, twist, and lunge during your Pilates-inspired high-intensity, low-impact workout at BODYROK in Coconut Grove. The dark, vibey studio and heavy beats make slow, controlled movements more enjoyable on BODYROK’s custom-designed reformer. If you’ve tried other reformer classes, you’ll notice the difference right away: quicker transitions and heavier resistance that make 45 minutes move faster than you’d expect. One of the reformer’s unique features is the jumpboard, where you “jump” lying down on the carriage—adding a sneaky cardio moment to class.

Rotating programming like Buns and Guns, Obliques and Cheeks, and Cardio Sculpt keeps things fresh while guaranteeing next-day soreness in all the right places. The movements and class flow are projected on a large screen, too, so you’re never lost mid-plank, wondering what comes next.

New to reformer-style workouts? Don’t stress. BODYROK instructors offer hands-on adjustments and clearly cue both modifications and advancements, making the workout accessible for all levels.

P.S. Validated parking is included in the CocoWalk garage—yet another reason to give it a go.

BODYROK is located at 3015 Grand Ave., Ste. 216, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. For more information, visit their official website.

727 Pilates, Little River

One of the newest studios to call Little River home is 727 Pilates, a space rooted in the angel number 727, which symbolizes reflection and inner alignment. Miami-based entrepreneur and interior designer Arantxa Salazar’s studio merges Pilates, sculpt, guided meditation, and contrast therapy. You’ll immediately feel the calm when you walk in, thanks to rich maroon shades, custom scents, and warm, moody lighting.

Choose from two different movement rooms to break a sweat. The first is the airy reformer space, anchored by a carpet runner and two chandelier fixtures, that feels more like a living room than a studio. Beginner-friendly foundation classes are taught alongside others, like Fusion Sculpt, which progress into rhythmic, strength-driven sequences using the reformer and 727’s signature Wunda Chair. There’s also a dedicated mat room for those who prefer heated and non-heated small-group mat Pilates sessions. Post-class, unwind in the wellness sanctuary by sipping on warm tea or giving the infrared sauna or cold plunge a spin.

727 Pilates is located at 307 NE 61st St., Miami, FL 33137. For more information, visit their official website.

Club Studio, Downtown

Miami WorldCenter doesn’t do anything small-scale, so it’s no surprise that its new Club Studio offers 38,000 square feet of space for five boutique studio concepts: HIIT-style training, boxing, cycling, hot yoga, and reformer-based Pilates. There’s even a dedicated space for free weights, circuit, and cardio. Don’t forget to take advantage of the amenities and advanced recovery services. Think saunas, cryotherapy, compression therapy, massage beds, a medspa, and a marketplace for healthy food and drinks.

Club Studio is located at 850 NE 2nd Ave., Ste. 121, Miami, FL 33132. For more information, visit their official website.

Tracy Anderson Method, Coral Gables

The Tracy Anderson Method is one of those classes you have to try for yourself to really understand the concept. And you should, because it’s one workout that you’ll be talking about for days. Created by internationally renowned wellness entrepreneur Tracy Anderson, who has trained everyone from Madonna to Gwyneth Paltrow, the Method blends sculpting mat work with high-energy dance cardio for a workout that feels equal parts athletic and expressive.

The new Coral Gables studio features an airy, spacious space where you’ll put the choreography to work. Expect constantly evolving sequences and small, precise movements designed to target often-ignored “accessory muscles.” Ankle weights and Tracy’s signature handheld “Growth Rings” are used in every class, keeping muscles engaged and helping prevent plateaus. No verbal cues will come from your instructor—that’s because Anderson believes that silent, visual instruction enhances the mind-body connection and helps prevent distraction. No two classes ever feel the same, and that’s exactly the point.

Tracy Anderson Method is located at 1430 S. Dixie Highway, Ste. 108-111, Floor 1, Coral Gables, FL 33146. For more information, visit their official website.

BodyHot Pilates, Coral Gables

Miami’s fast-growing mat Pilates studio, BodyHot Pilates, continues to heat up across the city. With a location in Aventura and a recently opened studio in Coral Gables, the brand is now gearing up to bring its signature workouts to Midtown in the new year. You’ll find a mix of heated 50-minute Sculpt, hot pilates, HIIT-style Pilates, and targeted classes like Abs and Buns. Expect bodyweight work paired with ankle weights and heavier props to build strength and definition, with progressions and modifications that make every class accessible—or as challenging as you want.

BodyHot Pilates is located at 18725 Biscayne Blvd., Unit 350, Aventura, FL 33180 and 253 Giralda Ave., Coral Gables, FL 33134. For more information, visit their official website.

Rest, Reset, and Refuel

Between packed schedules, workouts that push the limit, and Miami’s always-on energy, real recovery matters. These experiences are designed to help your body reset and recharge.

Carillon Cosmo Contour, Miami Beach

If you know Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, you know it’s Miami Beach’s full-blown wellness destination. The oceanfront property has long been a go-to for cutting-edge treatments and next-level recovery, and now it’s added something entirely new to its lineup: Cosmo Contour, marking the first infrared sculpting studio in the U.S.

Cosmo Contour blends infrared technology with low-impact movement—think treadmill walking, recumbent cycling, and body rollers—to help boost metabolism, encourage detoxification, and enhance muscle tone. Sessions are quick (30 minutes), sweat-inducing, and followed by infrared lymphatic rolling for a full-body reset. Plus, every visit includes access to Carillon’s luxe amenities, from its private beach and pools to the spa’s thermal circuit.

If you go on the weekend, check out the new free farmers’ market on the Ocean Terrace, which takes place monthly on the third Sunday through May, highlighting the Florida growing season. Iyashi Dôme Healing Chamber at NIYA, Bay Harbor Islands

NIYA, the Bay Harbor Islands spa known for its medical-grade laser treatments and quietly luxe vibe, is introducing a new way to reset: Iyashi Dôme. It’s a Japanese infrared healing chamber launching for a limited time starting January 26. Inspired by the centuries-old detox tradition of Suna Ryoho (traditional hot sand therapy), the experience uses far-infrared heat to warm the body, encouraging detoxification, recovery, and an all-over sense of balance. Benefits include boosted metabolism, deep heavy-metal body detoxification, improved skin clarity, and support for cellular age reversal. The treatment is intentionally unhurried, with thoughtful touches that make it feel more like a ritual than an appointment.

NIYA is located at 1090 Kane Concourse, Bay Harbor Islands, FL 33154. For more information, visit their official website.

Nude Miami, Brickell

Miami has no shortage of “healthy” grocery options, yet so many still require a second glance—and usually a quick label check. Nude Miami, opening in Brickell, aims to take that extra work out of your daily routine. Its shelves are intentionally edited—organic groceries, better-for-you snacks, and wellness essentials you can trust. The biggest draw is its organic hot bar and prepared foods program, already buzzing for being completely seed-oil free, with offerings like grass-fed steak, wild-caught salmon, and pasture-raised chicken.

Nude Miami is located at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive, Miami, FL 33131. For more information, visit their official website.

Flow Grocer, Downtown

Another popular grocery store just opened in Miami, dubbed Flow Grocer, inside the Flow Miami WorldCenter apartments in Downtown. The neighborhood market centers around responsible sourcing and connection. You’ll find organic, seasonal produce from local farms alongside pantry staples, fresh juices, and a rotating mix of good-for-you brands. Discover Tony’s Chocolonely, a brand with a mission to make chocolate 100 percent slave-free, and Harmless Harvest, which sells responsibly sourced coconut water. The space officially debuted in December with an opening hosted by author and chef Priyanka Naik. Pro tip: Go in open-minded and take your time perusing the aisles.

Flow Grocer is located at 698 NE 1st Ave., Miami, FL 33132. For more information, visit their official website.
