What could possibly be better than chocolate chip cookies? Chocolate chip cookies with raspberry, of course! This chocolate chip cookie recipe is of the wholesome grandma variety, and should instantly transport you to your childhood. Since cookie dough has become an unexpected delicacy, you might want to make a little extra to store in the fridge. We love the tart juicy color component that raspberries add to the mix, but you do you!
In a large mixing bowl mix the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.
In another bowl mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla and stir in the egg.
Mix until combined and stir in the flour mixture.
Mix and stir in the raspberries and chocolate chips.
Mix until just combined and with the help of an ice cream scoop out the cookies and place them in a baking pan lined with a piece of parchment paper.
Bake in an already heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
