Though they may disagree on Alaskan, farmed or wild-caught, few people dislike salmon. It is fatty and flavorful, easy to cook, and lovely to look at. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, high in vitamin B, and is a great source of protein. Here is a quick and easy salmon recipe, bringing out the flavor while saving precious time.
Arrange the lemon circles in a tray lined with parchment paper.
Top them with salmon filets and season with salt and pepper to taste and dried garlic powder.
Drizzle some olive oil on top and squeeze some extra lemon on top of the salmons.
Bake in an already heated oven at 400 F or 190 C degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
