Heartspace Collective takes over the rooftop at DUA Miami in Brickell for a morning that runs movement into recovery. F45 Brickell opens with a circuit workout, then Heartspace’s Carey Fullilove and Sarita Shimizu lead an all-levels yoga flow, and a guided sound bath closes out the practice. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. and movement begins at 10, after which the Endless Summer Wellness Social opens the deck for pool access, cold plunge and recovery, wellness pop-ups, and music. Bring a mat and a swimsuit. Registration is free and already sold out.
