Pink La Bomba at Toro Toro

For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Toro Toro at InterContinental Miami is serving a pink edition of its signature La Bomba dessert all October. The $28 showpiece is a pink chocolate half sphere filled with cream cheese mousse, dulce de leche, strawberry ice cream, fresh berries, and cookie crumbles, finished with vanilla and berry sauces.

A portion of proceeds from every Pink La Bomba goes to BRCAStrong, a nonprofit that supports women affected by breast and gynecological cancers. Reservations are encouraged via OpenTable.
