Pink Power Yoga at InterContinental Miami

InterContinental Miami and BRCAStrong team up for Pink Power Yoga on Monday, October 12, on the hotel’s SkyLawn. Brie Mazen of Florida Yoga Mama leads a yoga flow class, followed by a sound bowl healing session, with Biscayne Bay as the backdrop. Wear pink workout attire to match the theme.
Class begins at 7 p.m., and guests are encouraged to stay afterward to connect. Tickets are $20, and all proceeds go to BRCAStrong to provide post-mastectomy care kits for women in immediate need. All levels are welcome.
