Ravioli-Making Class at Le Specialità Café & Market

Le Specialità Café & Market, the Italian café and market on South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, hosts a hands-on ravioli class every Wednesday evening. Expert chefs guide a small group from start to finish, so beginners and seasoned home cooks can both keep up, and all ingredients and equipment are included. Every guest gets a complimentary Bellini during class, and all ages are welcome. Classes run Wednesdays from 6–8 p.m., October 21 through December 30, and tickets are $87 per person including fees; a Thursday-lunch gnocchi class runs separately.
