Simplifying Sourdough Baking at Miami Beach Botanical Garden

The Lazy Bakers Club brings a hands-on sourdough workshop to Miami Beach Botanical Garden. Instructor Laura Rodriguez-Costacamps teaches a simplified approach to preparing dough, caring for a starter, shaping a loaf, and baking both classic sourdough and focaccia.
No baking experience is required. Participants will taste different loaves and take home a sourdough starter, spatula, bowl, flour towel, enough dough to bake a loaf, and printed and digital recipes. The workshop also includes access to The Lazy Bakers Club’s WhatsApp community for continued guidance.
The class takes place Saturday, October 17, from 1:30–4 p.m. Tickets are $110 for members and $125 for non-members. Registration is available through Eventbrite.
