Somatic Energy Healing and Activation at The Standard Spa

The Standard Spa hosts a 90-minute Somatic Energy Healing and Activation session with Gaby on Sunday, September 20. The practice begins with gentle somatic movement and breathwork to ground and open the body before shifting into a guided energy activation.

The session is designed around slowing down, noticing the body’s natural cues, and settling into a more receptive state. Expect a quiet, inward-looking evening rather than a high-intensity movement class.

The event runs from 7–8:30 p.m. Tickets are $88 and include access to The Standard Spa’s indoor baths afterward. Refunds are available until one day before the event.
