Uchi Miami closes its 2026 Summer Dinner Series with a first taste of Uchibā Miami, the izakaya-inspired sister concept opening in Brickell this fall. The one-night collaboration features a 10-course omakase that pairs Uchibā dishes with Uchi classics.
Uchi founder and James Beard Award-winning chef Tyson Cole will be in Miami for the dinner, giving guests a chance to meet him during the interactive experience.
Summer Dinner Series: Uchi x Uchibā Miami takes place Thursday, September 24, from 6:30–9:30 p.m. at Uchi Miami in Wynwood. Tickets are $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and reservations are required through SevenRooms.
