Sunday Sound Bath Meditation with Franci

Franci leads a guided sound bath in the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, running a 30-minute sound journey across more than ten instruments after a short introduction to the technique. Sessions open with breath awareness and may fold in body scanning, loving-kindness meditation, or other mindfulness approaches, so no two run quite the same. It’s built for all levels and no meditation experience is required. Chairs and mats are on hand, and you can sit or lie down. Franci trained in sound therapy at the Center of Light Institute of Sound Healing and Shamanic Studies and has sat multiple Vipassana silent retreats. The series runs Sundays from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. through September 20, and tickets are $20 plus fees.
