Brickell Key’s The Mexican hosts Monterrey’s Michelin-starred Pangea for one night, with Pangea’s Eduardo Morali cooking alongside executive chef Santiago Hiriart. The four-course menu runs scallop raspado with tomatillo, green apple, and kaffir lime; summer corn velouté with foie gras crèmeux and chilhuacle chile; and Wagyu carne asada with barbacoa-stuffed onion, smoked potato, and charred chile adobo. Service splits into two windows, noon to 3 p.m. and 5 to 10 p.m., across 350 tickets. Dinner is $225, with an optional $85 wine pairing, and reservations go through OpenTable.
