The Best Italian Restaurants in Brickell - Stanzione 87
Stanzione 87

From rustic pizza parlors to restaurants where you can find hand-rolled pasta, Brickell has some of the best Italian restaurants in the city. We put together six tried-and-true spots in the neighborhood you need to try as soon as possible.

Brasserie Brickell Key

A serene retreat from the Brickell bustle, Brasserie Brickell Key offers a distinctly European dining experience tucked along the edge of the city’s famed island enclave. Equal parts bistro and Italian trattoria, this polished eatery boasts sweeping bay views, alfresco seating, and a quiet elegance that feels miles away from the city—even though you’re just steps from downtown.

While the menu pays homage to classic French brasserie fare, the Italian influence is undeniable—and it’s where the kitchen truly shines. The agnolotti di aragosta, served in light cream cognac sauce and with fresh tomatoes, is a showstopper, delivering bright, briny richness with each forkful.

For mains, the churrasco alla griglia, grilled skirt steak and osso buco, braised Veal shank in a red wine sauce, highlight the kitchen’s finesse, marrying bold flavors with elegant execution.

The atmosphere is effortlessly refined, with crisp white tablecloths, soft ambient lighting, and an intimate dining room that flows seamlessly into the lush, bayfront terrace. It’s the perfect setting for a long lunch, a romantic dinner, or a leisurely weekend brunch. The wine list is well-curated, featuring Italian reds and crisp whites from Liguria, and the cocktail program offers well-balanced classics with subtle twists.

Brasserie Brickell Key proves that sometimes, the most memorable meals are just across the bridge—and well worth the stroll.

Brasserie Brickell Key is located at 636 Brickell Key Dr, Miami, FL 33131. For more information, visit their official website.

Casa Tua Cucina

More than just a restaurant, Casa Tua Cucina is an immersive culinary concept that blurs the line between upscale dining and Italian market charm. Tucked inside Saks Fifth Avenue at Brickell City Centre, this stylish food hall-meets-gourmet experience brings the warmth and elegance of the original Casa Tua to a more casual, yet equally refined setting. The space is expansive but inviting—think gleaming marble counters, artisan tilework, and a curated soundtrack of soft Italian ballads that beckon you to linger.

The heart of Casa Tua Cucina lies in its open-concept kitchen stations, each helmed by chefs crafting fresh dishes to order. Start with a fresh Sicilian tomato salad, or opt for the new Polo salad—a delicate mix of fennel, orange, and arugula, dressed in a zesty orange and olive oil dressing.

Pasta is where the magic happens. The tagliolini cacio e pepe is classic Roman comfort in a bowl—silky, peppery, and executed with restraint. The deeply flavorful fettuccine alla bolognese is a hearty counterpoint, best paired with a bold Tuscan red from the impressive wine bar nearby.

If you’re craving pizza, the tartufo pizza—topped with black truffle, mozzarella, and a drizzle of truffle oil—is impossibly fragrant and indulgent, with a blistered, Neapolitan-style crust that practically melts in your mouth.

Casa Tua Cucina elevates the food hall model with luxury-level service, a boutique wine and espresso bar, and a curated selection of Italian pantry items that let you take the experience home. Whether you’re pausing between meetings or hosting an impromptu dinner with friends, this Brickell gem delivers la dolce vita—no passport required.

Casa Tua Cucina is located at 70 SW 7th St, Miami, FL 33130 (inside Saks at Brickell City Centre). For more information, visit their official website.

Cipriani

This Biscayne Bayside frontier already has a leg up on the competition. The menu is fairly sized and fairly priced and stocked with all you need out of fair fare, for that matter. No pizzas to be found here by the way — but baked pasta, yes. Steak tartare, yes. Veal piccatine al limone… yes. On top of that, they provide Uber Eats and Doordash for busy-but-hungry Miamians, so you can save yourself the trip once in a while. Just be sure to enjoy the homemade ice cream on a tempting day in person!

Cipriani is located at 465 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131. For more information, visit their official website.

Fi’lia

This powerhouse boasts not only a super diverse Italian menu for all pending palettes, it also leaves nothing in the wake of atmosphere and hospitality. Its multi-faceted, yet honest menu, is not very often seen in the public eye, especially at such a high level of quality. Expect all your favorites from rustic pizzas to hand-rolled pasta to fresh seafood and more, all within that familial dining setting — homely but fancy. Not to mention, they rent out their delightful space for private events, whenever you really want to make a movie.

Fi’lia is located at 1300 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33130. For more information, visit their official website

Il Gabbiano

On the finer side of “another divine Italian outing” we have Il Gabbiano, located on the gorgeous waterfront of Biscayne Bay. It’s a perfect spot to treat that special someone to a just-as-special evening — romantic and sensual. And aside from the gorgeous atmosphere, Il Gabbiano boasts some of the best pasta you’ll find in our beloved city. Not to mention their gaudy list of famous desserts, with a mix of classics, as well as more creative twists. A perfect finish for a grandiose and intimate eatery that already checks all the wow boxes. Buon Appetito!

Il Gabbiano is located at 335 S Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33131. For more information, visit their official website

Mamo

Mamo brings a slice of the Italian Riviera to Brickell with a chic, coastal flair that’s both upscale and effortlessly inviting. A sibling to the beloved Mamo Le Michelangelo in Antibes, this Miami outpost exudes understated elegance, blending Mediterranean sophistication with South Florida ease. Think white linen, warm wood, soft lighting, and the gentle clinking of Negronis—it’s the kind of place where deals are sealed and anniversaries toasted.

But make no mistake: Mamo is first and foremost about the food. The kitchen takes a refined-yet-rustic approach to Italian classics, emphasizing fresh, seasonal ingredients and letting them shine. Their burrata is a standout starter—delicately creamy paired with shrimp and mango. The raviolini al tartufo delivers indulgence with each bite of truffle-stuffed pasta bathed in a velvety sauce that’s somehow both rich and restrained.

Seafood fans should gravitate toward the branzino, a salt-crusted Mediterranean sea bass paired with broccoli pesto and black rice. Meanwhile, the bisteca di manzo, a perfectly seared sliced steak with sauteed potatoes, satisfies any carnivorous cravings.

The wine list leans Italian, naturally, but there’s an impressive range of international selections, and the staff knows their stuff. End your meal with a classic tiramisu or the dreamy crème brûlée.

Mamo strikes that rare balance between refinement and comfort, making it one of Brickell’s most alluring Italian dining destinations.

Mamo is located at 1400 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131. For more information, visit their official website.

Stanzione 87

Stanzione 87 is an OG pizza joint that has been lighting up the Brickell scene for almost a decade now. They boast subs and starters and salads as well, but their authentic pizza is where it’s at. The dough ferments for 3 days, the mozzarella is made daily, and the techniques are time-tested. Red & white pies are separated on the menu and the variety is crazy. The good kind. Plus, they have some of the rarest wines you can find this side of the Mississippi. How about a Quattro Formaggi White to pair with a N’antia Super Tuscan Red? And if you’re too laid back and want to order in, they deliver as well.

Stanzione 87 is located at 87 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33130. For more information, visit their official website.
