Habitat at 1 Hotel South Beach Hosts Christmas Brunch

As its name suggests, Habitat aims to make you feel right at home (a luxurious one at that). Komodo Celebrates New Year’s Eve with One Night in Bangkok
When it comes to New Year’s Eve, Komodo’s got you covered. The Brickell-based neighborhood eatery is hosting “One Night in Bangkok” on December 31 with a showstopping dinner party event in two waves of seating. Guests can enjoy dishes from a specially curated menu, including Truffle Honey Salmon, with scallion and shaved truffle; Crispy Duck Salad with apple, currant, and soy sake vinaigrette; and Japanese Cheesecake served with berry compote, vanilla, and crème on glaze. There will be two waves of seating, the first from 6-7 pm at $150 per person, and the second from 9-10:30 pm at $250 per person.

A lot is going on at La Placita in December. On top of regular live music Sundays and weekend night tunes, the Puerto Rican restaurant will have contests and special dishes throughout the month.
