Uchi Celebrates Female Talent with Hai for Her Event on International Women’s Day
In honor of International Women’s Day, Uchi is hosting a “Hai for Her,” an event that will be bringing together a roster of female talent from Hai Hospitality’s restaurants on March 7th and 8th. With the expansion of Wagyu Bar’s private room comes a new special experience. First one on the docket: Meat ‘n’ Bone Butcher Table, a bi-monthly event where butchers for MnB cook, beginning March 3rd. Their first few events will be centered around a Tuscan-based menu, with beef as the star of the show, specifically the famed Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a massive USDA Prime Porterhouse (48oz).
