Uchi Celebrates Female Talent with Hai for Her Event on International Women’s Day
In honor of International Women’s Day, Uchi is hosting a “Hai for Her,” an event that will be bringing together a roster of female talent from Hai Hospitality’s restaurants on March 7th and 8th. The event will be hosted by Chef de Cuisine Dina Butterfield and Sushi Chef Vicki Rodpai, who will welcome Hai Hospitality chefs from around the country, including Uchi and Uchibā Dallas Chef de Cuisine Rhonda McCullar; Uchi Restaurants Head Pastry Chef Ariana Quant; and Loro Austin Bar Manager Katie Arnold. Villa Azur Goes All Out for Their 10-Year Anniversary
Miami Beach’s South of France-inspired restaurant and entertainment venue is celebrating its 10-year anniversary on Friday, April 1, in classic glamorous style. With the expansion of Wagyu Bar’s private room comes a new special experience. First one on the docket: Meat ‘n’ Bone Butcher Table, a bi-monthly event where butchers for MnB cook, beginning March 3rd. Their first few events will be centered around a Tuscan-based menu, with beef as the star of the show, specifically the famed Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a massive USDA Prime Porterhouse (48oz). Tickets are priced at $250, with one ticket serving two guests. Their first event, on March 3 begins at 7:30 p.m. Seating is limited with only 20 seats available.
