Verde Launches New Spring Menu
On the heels of announcing their new exec chef, Lois Navone, Verde has unveiled a new spring menu. Highlights include Miso-Roasted Salmon, which is served with a corn puree, soy reduction, baby bok choy, tsuyu broth, and rice pearls; Verde Risotto, a new signature dish, which includes a creamy spinach puree, gorgonzola cream and topped with pine nuts. Navone has also brought back a signature Verde dish, the Brick Chicken, an old Verde dish brought back by Navone served with crispy smashed potatoes and baby kale; Roasted Sunchokes, with lemon aioli, parmesan, parsley, lemon gremolata and topped with toasted Panko breadcrumbs; and more.

Cantina Beach
Oceanfront views and a Cinco de Mayo buffet await you at Cantina Beach at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. On May 5th, Friday, Tacocraft is organizing an all-day Cinco de Mayo Fiesta at all four of its venues in Broward and Miami-Dade.
