Expect appetizers like a truffle langostinos casserole with grilled langostinos—the meat of the squat lobster—truffle corn casserole, crispy leeks, and scallions; cloud pork belly buns with pork belly, candy cotton, pickled cucumber, and crispy rice; and foie gras scallops, pan-seared scallops topped with foie gras and golden yuzu masago. Main courses include grilled octopus with grilled zucchini, crispy garlic, and Asian chimichurri, churrasco in Japanese marinade with grilled tomato, crispy leeks, and black garlic ponzu; and Chilean sea bass, ginger-sesame glazed and served with ponzu sauce.
