Verde, located in Pérez Art Museum Miami with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, will offer a Sunday brunch this Easter. The waterfront eatery welcomes guests to its expansive outdoor terrace with the launch of a new spring brunch menu created by Executive Chef Jeremy Shelton. 

A few selections from the new brunch menu include the smoked salmon benedict ($22), a house-made latke with sliced tomato, smoked salmon, poached egg, hollandaise, chives, served with a side salad; the Miami benedict ($22), a mojo pork croquette served with pickles, poached eggs, dijon fonduta, and side salad; or the blueberry basil pancakes ($18), buttermilk pancakes with lemon curd and blueberry basil compote.
