Buya

EST. 33 Thai Craft Kitchen & Brewery

Located on the fourth floor of Brickell City Centre, EST. 33 Thai Craft Kitchen & Brewery is celebrating Easter Sunday with an Easter Bottomless experience complete with a crafted brunch menu unique to the holiday. Mix and match any of their bottomless options from Thai Bloody Mary’s to flavored mimosas (passionfruit, guava, or orange) to all-you-can chug beer for only $18, available until 4 p.m. 

The Thai-inspired eatery will also be offering unique brunch dishes such as the Thai mango smoked salmon ($18), served with steamed bao buns and house pickled over chilled glass noodles, and the steak and eggs ($28), a grilled NY strip with sticky rice, poached egg and Thai chili. Those with a sweet tooth can wash down their hearty meal with banana fritters with coconut pandan ice cream or order from any of the other classic brunch dishes.

RED South Beach

Steak lovers need to snag a reservation at RED South Beach, the South of Fifth institution. While known for their amazing steaks, there’s something for everyone on the menu. Guests will find everything from incredible Certified Angus beef prime ribeye and prime filet mignon to Maine lobster pasta, red Alaskan king crab, oysters Rockefeller, and much more. Make sure to check out the vast wine list – it’s one of the biggest in town. If you’re more of an early riser, Red is also doing a special Easter brunch.

Verde, located in Pérez Art Museum Miami with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, will offer a Sunday brunch this Easter. The waterfront eatery welcomes guests to its expansive outdoor terrace with the launch of a new spring brunch menu created by Executive Chef Jeremy Shelton. 

A few selections from the new brunch menu include the smoked salmon benedict ($22), a house-made latke with sliced tomato, smoked salmon, poached egg, hollandaise, chives, served with a side salad; the Miami benedict ($22), a mojo pork croquette served with pickles, poached eggs, dijon fonduta, and side salad; or the blueberry basil pancakes ($18), buttermilk pancakes with lemon curd and blueberry basil compote.
