Where to Celebrate Thanksgiving 2024 in Miami

This Thanksgiving, Miami’s top restaurants are making sure you can spend more time enjoying the holiday and less time in the kitchen. From elegant dine-in experiences to chef-crafted takeaway feasts, the city’s culinary scene has evolved to meet every holiday need. If you need some ideas for the holiday, this list has got you covered.  

Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen

Celebrate Thanksgiving with a modern Mediterranean feast catered by Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen. Available for pickup or delivery from Abbalé’s Aventura or South Beach locations, indulge in a specially curated feast by Executive Chef Samuel Gorenstein, serving 4-5 people for $295. Highlights include Sam’s Yemeni cornbread, roasted butternut squash hummus, fire-roasted carrots, roasted heritage turkey roulade, and the green olive and preserved lemon-crusted Faroe Island salmon. For dessert, enjoy salted dark chocolate-tahini brownies.

Place your order by Tuesday, November 26th, for pickup on Thursday, November 28th, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Delivery is available via Uber Package for a flat rate of $50.

Area 31

In addition to the regular dinner menu, which includes favorites like the spicy tiger prawns, lobster bucatini, and pork belly, Area 31 will offer special Thanksgiving dishes curated by executive chef Sezer Deniz. 

Menu specials include pumpkin mücver fritters served with herbs, feta cheese, dried cranberry, and smoked tzatziki; Area 31 shepherd’s pie featuring a creamy seafood marinara including shrimp, scallop, mussels, peas, topped with mashed potato; and Four Story Hills Farm turkey served with foie gras stuffing, fall vegetables, cranberry and orange compote, and natural jus.

CJ’s Crab Shack

Looking for a Thanksgiving meal that breaks from tradition? Make your way to CJ’s Crab Shack on Ocean Drive, a South Beach favorite for the namesake protein. Dive into their signature crab legs, shrimp dishes, or hearty platters, all served in a relaxed, beachside setting. The lively, generous portions make CJ’s the perfect place to gather with loved ones and savor a holiday meal with a Miami twist. Dirty French

Celebrate Thanksgiving at Dirty French Steakhouse, a glamorous, energetic, and extraordinary interpretation of the classic steakhouse situated within an opulent setting. A decadent three-course prix-fixe menu will be served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., priced at $65 per person. 

The meal begins with classic starters like tuna tartare and beef carpaccio, leading into the highlight: a roasted heritage turkey accompanied by turkey leg stuffing and an array of exceptional sides. Guests can also opt to add Dirty French’s world-famous prime rib as a supplement. To finish the meal, enjoy delightful desserts like pecan pie à la mode and crème brûlée. A minimum of two guests is required for the Thanksgiving supper, and the a la carte menu will also be available for those who prefer additional options.

Felice

Felice, meaning happy in Italian, delivers a warm and inviting atmosphere with its authentic Tuscan menu and a curated wine list. This New York-born Tuscan dining spot brings Italian countryside flavors to Miami, offering family-friendly hospitality and a memorable tableside experience. This Thanksgiving, Felice invites friends and family to gather at their table to enjoy a Tuscan-Turkey twist, featuring Felice’s tacchino, including a roasted stuffed turkey breast, chestnuts, sweet potato mash, and braised brussel sprouts.

Graziano’s

Thanksgiving can be stressful, so many families opt for catering to ease the burden. Graziano’s offers a Thanksgiving catering package featuring a 25-pound oven-roasted turkey, one side, and a pie for $189.99, feeding 15-20 people. Choose from six sides and apple, pecan, or pumpkin pie (orders are due by November 26). Additionally, Graziano’s is also open on Thanksgiving for dine-in.

Drawing from a range of international styles, including Filipino, Spanish, Japanese, and French, Pao boldly presents a new brand of modern Asian cuisine from Chef Paul Qui with stunning ocean views. 

For Thanksgiving, Pao is offering holiday specials available a la carte, including duck gnocchi with organic duck confit, brown butter gnocchi, and a wild chanterelles conserva; roasted turkey with truffle jus, roasted kabocha squash, and cranberry pumpkin seeds macha; and roasted Brussel sprouts with a bacon truffle vinaigrette, maple syrup, cranberries, and fish caramel). To end on a sweet note, guests can enjoy a cashew pie bar with a blood orange reduction and brown sugar toffee ice cream. Regular offerings will also be available.

Rao’s Miami Beach

Open on Thanksgiving Day, Rao’s is serving up exclusive holiday specials that bring classic Thanksgiving flavors with a signature twist. Begin with their Thanksgiving turkey plate—a mouthwatering spread featuring roasted sliced turkey breast, braised pulled turkey legs, ciabatta herbed stuffing, and a rich gravy. Pair it with sides like truffled mac and cheese with cavatappi pasta, creamy bechamel, and pecorino tartufo; a savory wild mushroom mix featuring porcini, cremini, and oyster mushrooms with shallot and garlic; and whipped mashed potatoes with thyme, cream, and butter.

RED South Beach

This holiday season, let Chef Peter Vauthy curate a gourmet experience for you and your family at home with RED’s Thanksgiving to Go package. Indulge in a menu boasting succulent organic turkey, perfectly seasoned stuffing, crave-worthy sides, and the restaurant’s signature house-made pies. RedFarm

RedFarm, the critically acclaimed Chinese restaurant renowned for its contemporary cuisine and supercharged dim sum, is offering a Thanksgiving Day takeout special priced at $175, available for pickup on November 28. 

The Thanksgiving special serves four people and features the eatery’s infamous Peking duck as an alternative to the traditional turkey dinner, served with four side dishes. The Peking duck is served with house-made pancakes and traditional hoisin, cranberry, and peanut satay sauces and will be complete with RedFarm’s signature sides, including arugula and mango salad and Ed’s pastrami egg rolls.

Guests also have the choice to add a rice- or noodle-based dish from the following options: soft and crunchy vegetable fried rice, Nueske’s bacon and egg fried rice, or yaki-soba noodles with vegetables, plus a choice of one vegetable option: wok-fried string beans with brussels sprouts, sautéed snow pea leaves, or happy buddha delight (seasonal vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu). Sugarcane

For those hosting an at-home gathering this year, Sugarcane is offering Heat and Eat Thanksgiving Sides. Enjoy everything but the turkey, including brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, garlic-roasted green beans, sweet potato soufflé, Sugarcane sweet corn, sautéed broccoli, regular or truffle fries, turkey gravy, and traditional Thanksgiving stuffing. Choose 3 for $28 (serves 2-3), choose 5 for $46 (serves 4-5), or choose 7 for $65 (serves 7-8). A whole, homemade pumpkin pecan cheesecake (serves 8-10) is also available for $55 each.
