Springtime in Miami means we’re not slowing down. This month brings a handful of new spots worth getting off the couch for, whether you’re trying out a workout class that taps into your primal side or discovering an eco-conscious (and stylish) way to shop for your next big event. Did we mention there’s a new way to relax that incorporates a waterbed? Scroll down for five of the month’s hottest new concepts to check out.

Allegra Paris Bikini Body

Allegra Paris Bikini Body studio in Sunset Harbour

Allegra Paris Bikini Body was created as a Miami fitness pop-up—that is, until owner Allegra Paris Fasulo decided to call Sunset Harbour her studio’s permanent home. The Upstate New York native specializes in the Bikini Body Method, her signature blend of Pilates sculpting and strength training.

The sunlit studio feels like a New York loft with industrial white brick walls. In class, you’ll get a chic Stakt pink mat to practice on, along with a band and adjustable hand weights that can be set between two and six pounds. What sets Allegra Paris apart is the class structure. Fasulo noticed most private clients wanted more glute work, so she built it into the method available to all levels.

Every class includes a dynamic warm-up, followed by moves targeting the abs, glutes, and arms. The dedicated glute-strength section features kettlebells that go up to 44 pounds for those ready to load up. Fasulo says this kind of workout offers the lean look women are after without skipping the strength that gets you there. She recently added cardio sculpt to her lineup, with upper- and lower-body focused classes in the works.

Post class, grab an Olipop from the in-studio dispenser, then check out brands like Splendor Volcanic Water and ClearStem Skincare on your way out.

Allegra Paris Bikini Body is located at 1420 Sunset Harbour Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139. For more information, visit their official website.

Pickle Pop-Up at Wynwood

Pickle pop-up interior in Wynwood with clothing racks

With an event season that never seems to slow down, finding something to wear for every invite can start to feel repetitive. That’s why the peer-to-peer clothing rental app now has a Wynwood pop-up where you can browse and rent from local closets in person.

Walk in, and you’ll find racks lined with designer pieces pulled from local wardrobes—statement dresses, sets ideal for vacation, and outfits you might never have thought to wear yourself. The selection shifts with what’s happening around the city, with looks that make sense for things like Formula 1 or Swim Week. The best part? You can rent each item for a fraction of the original price. Don’t forget to check out the accessories, including shoes, handbags, sunnies, and jewelry. The pop-up runs through June, with a new Miami location coming this winter.

The pop-up is located at 319 NW 25th St., Miami, FL 33127. For more information, visit their official website.

Quantum Temple

Resting on a vibroacoustic waterbed while sound moves through you is not your typical wellness experience, but that’s the appeal of Brickell‘s new Quantum Temple. Founded by Luisa Ocampo, Quantum Temple is the only South Florida outpost with vibroacoustic sound journeys for full-body relaxation, ideal for those seeking to regulate their nervous system or explore somatic wellness.

“Quantum Temple was created from the belief that healing does not require performance or perfection,” says Ocampo. “It is a space where the body is honored as it is, and where people can simply arrive and rest.”

Ocampo’s training in Reiki, chakra healing, and intuitive energy work—and time in a Colombian ashram—led her to build a space offering sound, breathwork, and embodied movement for all.

So what does a session look like? You’ll cozy up on one of the vibroacoustic waterbeds, which allow sound vibrations to travel simultaneously through the water and your body. It’s what Ocampo describes as “a full-body form of listening.” Different healers guide each session, which features voice and subtle vocal toning, along with the sounds of a rainstick, chimes, bells, and other instruments. Each one is selected to support different layers of the nervous system, from deep release to subtle energetic recalibration.

Then it’s your chance to embrace the experience on your terms. Some guests who drift asleep report that it feels like hours of rest. Drop in for a private or group session, or book for your next birthday or bachelorette party.

Quantum Temple is located at 1140 SW Second Ave., Miami, FL 33130. For more information, visit their official website.

Sequoia Miami

Sequoia Miami is a new face-and-body studio in the El Portal neighborhood where the treatments are as intentional as the peaceful setting. Co-founders Nissim Zitun and Roy Mena bring decades of beauty and med-spa experience to a menu of personalized rituals addressing acne, melasma, scarring, and advanced skin concerns.

New clients can start with “Your First Sequoia Ritual,” which includes a consultation, skin analysis, and bespoke facial. From there, the menu expands into body-sculpting treatments like CryoSlim, which targets stubborn fat and tightens skin. And if your skin has been feeling dry and depleted, the Forest Hydration Ritual is worth booking—it leaves you looking plump and glowy and plays off the calming forest theme.

Sequoia Miami is located at 211 NE 89th St., El Portal, FL 33138. For more information, visit their official website.

Wild Thing Yoga

Wild Thing Yoga class in Little River with moody green lighting

Yoga and Pilates studios are a dime a dozen, but when Wild Thing Yoga opened in Little River, the name alone hinted that this one would be different. As founder Alejandra Barraza intended, Wild Thing is about reconnecting with yourself through movement, breath, and mindfulness. The space draws heavily from nature, featuring materials and textures designed to calm the nervous system—a nod to Barraza’s roots in Mexico and her years teaching yoga in Tulum.

Named after an energizing yoga pose, Wild Thing offers favorites like hot yoga, power sculpt, and sound healing. If it’s your first time, book one of the studio’s more unique offerings. Animal Flow is a mobility-based class that connects with your playful, primal side through crawling, stretching, and shifting low to the ground while also building coordination. Yin is a grounding practice where you hold long poses, focus on breathwork, and surrender to the sounds of the jungle. Each class features moody, colored lighting to set the tone before you step onto your mat.

Plus, the studio is set within Little River’s creative corridor, near Sunny’s Miami, Imperial Moto, Fooq’s, and Bar Bucce—just more reason to make a day of it up here.

Wild Thing Yoga is located at 162 NW 73rd St., Miami, FL 33150. For more information, visit their official website.

Coming Soon: Mimi Yoga and Pilates Aventura

Mimi Yoga and Pilates Aventura studio with teal walls and illuminated arches

Mimi Yoga and Pilates is bringing its infrared-heated yoga and Pilates experience to Aventura this month with its third—and most spacious—studio yet. Inside, dramatic illuminated arches set against blue ombre walls and teal concrete floors make it one of the more visually distinct studios in Miami, with a signature rose scent you’ll notice the moment you walk in.

The class lineup offers something for everyone, from power flows and vinyasa to restorative sessions, Yogilates, Stretch and Sculpt, Pilates Bootycamp, and classic mat Pilates. All styles are designed around founder Mimi Ghandour’s philosophy that yoga is “for the willing, not the flexible,” a mindset that keeps the space approachable, even for first-timers. The studio also has a no-filming policy, first introduced last year at its Wynwood and Coconut Grove locations, so you can enjoy class without distractions from phones or cameras.

Thoughtful details make the studio even more inviting: mat and towel rentals; a neatly arranged prop wall stocked with blocks, rings, bands, and weights; and cold towels offered during your final resting pose. The marble-topped vanity area has everything you need before and after class, and the small retail section features popular activewear, wellness, and beauty brands. Don’t forget to snap a photo in front of the studio’s iconic “Just Show Up” mirror sign.

Mimi Yoga and Pilates is located at 17071 W. Dixie Hwy., North Miami Beach, FL 33161. For more information, visit their official website.
