Miami is a hotspot for fresh, flavorful seafood, and ceviche stands out as one of the city’s most beloved dishes. Whether you’re a ceviche connoisseur or just looking for a great place to try it, here are five spots in Miami that serve up some of our favorite versions of this vibrant dish.

Bar Tulio’s

For ceviche with a bold and unique flair, head to Bar Tulio’s in Wynwood. Known for its great Mexican fare, Bar Tulio’s features two standout options that will satisfy any seafood lover. The Ceviche Classico is a traditional yet elevated dish, featuring fresh grouper and shrimp marinated in a tangy blend of aji rocoto, leche de tigre, and lime. The addition of crispy corn kernels, sweet potato purée, and Cuzco corn add delightful texture and a hint of sweetness, creating a perfect balance of flavors.

CVI.CHE 105 is one of those spots that needs no introduction. The Peruvian restaurant is everywhere these days, with locations up north like in Aventura and as far south as Downtown Dadeland. It’s quite the success story, and it’s earned that success thanks to its consistent quality and diverse menu.  

This eatery easily has one of the largest ceviche selections on this list, with a ton to choose from: classic, mixed, and everything in between. There’s even a ceviche sushi roll!
