Downtown Miami’s waterfront hot spot, Verde at Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), is heating things up this winter unveiling a brand-new menu chockful of seasonal dishes and reimagined classics, as well as its stunning refresh, complete with lush greenery and rattan lighting fixtures.

From the artfully presented swimming pool ceviche, made with green mango, aji amarillo, and chilled shrimp and artfully presented in a sculptural dish with a pool of crystallized sugar where floating avocado dollops mingle with edible flowers to a traditional Argentine stew, locro Argentino, made with pumpkin, savory butter beans, corn and pork, each dish is a tribute to the exhibit’s interactive installations and optical illusions. Be sure to leave room for dessert: dulce de leche ice cream served with house-made alfajores.
