Happy New Year! It’s a misconception that January quiets down after the holidays. Not as far as the best 305 establishments are concerned. This month, get ready for new menus, lush mocktails, enchanting speakeasies, and food and drink festivals.
New a la carte Brunch Menu at RED South Beach
It’s no secret that Miami’s hottest steakhouse, RED South Beach, also has one of the most extravagant brunch offerings. Crab-crusted tomahawk steaks, lobster pot pie, and chicken and waffles have made the brunch at RED the most sought-after Sunday activity. Meanwhile, the all-you-can-eat menu enthralled many a gourmand with tuna tartar, blue crab ravioli, and Kaluga or Osetra caviar.
On Sunday, January 14 RED will be launching a new a la carte menu featuring the brunch classics alongside some new tantalizing additions. Now, diners can enjoy the same impeccable provisions without spending a big chunk of their salary on the all-you-can-eat brunch (although you’ll definitely want to catch that one as well).
Dinner on the River at Tanuki River Landing
January is a big month for the newly opened Tanuki River Landing. The Asian fusion restaurant had its grand opening at the beginning of the month. Live entertainment, delectable canapes, and a giant sake barrel were all there to help patrons celebrate the restaurant’s newly acquired liquor license. Now, Tanuki River Landing has also launched Dinner by the River—a dining experience filled with explosive food, a live DJ set, fire dancers, and, of course, new craft cocktails. Every Friday and Saturday, grab a seat by the riverside, get yourself a mesmerizing cocktail like the cloudy sake, butterfly pea flower, and lychee-based Violet Geisha, and enjoy the sensory dinner experience.
