Brunch at Barsecco

Brunch at Barsecco is where the party starts, and the vibe is unmatched. From noon to 4 p.m. (because who wants to wake up early?), dive into endless mimosas while enjoying global cuisine at this Brickell hotspot. The shareable smoked salmon tower is a must-try, featuring Norwegian salmon, assorted bagels, and classic shmear accompaniments. Other brunch favorites include the steak and eggs—flat iron steak, two farm fresh eggs any style, red wine demi, and crispy breakfast potatoes; and the birria benedicts—slow-cooked brisket birria served on an artisanal English muffin, topped with a soft poached egg, chipotle hollandaise sauce, micro cilantro and yes, those irresistible crispy breakfast potatoes. Oof. If mimosas aren’t your thing, don’t miss the brunch cocktail menu featuring the ultimate pick-me-up Mocca-tini, made with Kettle One Vodka, cream cacao, espresso, and JF Colada coffee liquor. Bourbon Steak Miami’s Secret Menu

Savvy diners have long savored these off-menu delights, known only to those in the know who dared to ask. Crafted by Executive Chef Mario Beabraut to complement Bourbon Steak’s dynamic vibe and contemporary flair, this secret menu unveils a fresh perspective on acclaimed American steakhouse cuisine, echoing the vision of its creator, James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Mina. “Our loyal guests have been privy to occasional off-menu surprises, but now we’ve elevated it,” explains Chef Beabraut. Collaborating closely with our talented kitchen and bar teams, we’ve curated a tantalizing selection that showcases our culinary creativity.” Discover innovative dishes like spicy wagyu beef lettuce cups, salmon “poppers” with togarashi aioli, and hay smoked A5 skewers with yuzu kosho aioli. JARANA Launches New Peruvian Happy Hour in Aventura

JARANA is bringing the bold flavors of Peru to its new happy hour, held Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. in the bar and lounge area. With offerings starting at just $4, JARANA’s happy hour features authentic Peruvian bites and drinks like the Mercado Punch ($10), a pisco-infused goblet with pineapple and lime, and the Mercado Sour ($10), made with pisco, egg whites, lime, and bitters. Then move on to the restaurant’s delectable bites like carmones amelchochados ($12), a fried bao bun with seco meat, crispy fries, and sarza criolla; or a mini caprese salad ($8) and nigiri mar y tierra ($8), a unique dish with shrimp, lomito saltado Nikkei, and rocoto batayaki with aji amarillo cebichera sauce. You know you’re in for a real treat.

New Summer Happy Hour at Kissaki

Get ready for summer at the acclaimed Kissaki Miami with an irresistible happy hour that’s hard to beat. Running from Wednesday to Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m., you can indulge in discounted martinis, makis, and $10 cocktails, including the Saketini, classic martinis, house sake, and the Tokyo Sake Mule. Caviar enthusiasts can even elevate their drinks with a $6 Osetra upgrade. Food highlights include the Kissaki salad, chicken karaage, and the spicy tuna crispy rice, all priced between $8 and $12. Sashimi and nigiri options like salmon, ikura, and akami are available for $5 each, while maki favorites like spicy tuna, the salmon roll, and the unagi roll are $9. We’re obsessed!

On Thursdays happy hour runs all night long, while on Sundays, guests are invited to bring their own bottle with no corkage fee. Can it get any better?

Chef/Owner Phillip Frankland Lee teams up with Namazake Sake for an epic Omakase x Sake Pairing. Choose from three seatings: 5 p.m., 7:15 p.m., or 9:30 p.m., each featuring a 17-course tasting menu paired with premium unpasteurized sakes from Namazake Paul Imports. These rare sakes, sourced from small family breweries in Japan, promise an authentic, cutting-edge experience.

The Second Annual “Taste of Pace Summer Soiree” on Thursday, July 18

Kush Hospitality and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits team up to support Pace Center for Girls Miami at the second annual “Taste of Pace Summer Soirée.” This upscale fundraiser, benefiting Pace, unfolds on July 18 from 6 to 10 p.m. Dedicated to empowering at-risk girls through education and counseling, Pace Miami finds a champion in event creator Matt Kuscher of Kush Hospitality. Expect a gourmet dinner curated by the city’s Top Chefs like Luciana Giangrandi & Alex Meyer (Boia De); Adrianne Calvo (Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant & Bar); Jose Mendin (Pubbelly Sushi, Casa Isola); Scott Linquist (Coyo Taco); and Jesus Brazon (Caracas Bakery). The dinner will be paired with wines from Southern Glazer’s, while mixologist Giovanny Gutierrez serves bespoke cocktails. The soirée features a Jungle Disco theme, emceed by Carlos Hernandez, with live entertainment, and art by Miami-based street art legend Atomik. Cap off the evening with a “dessert hour,” where guests savor specialty cocktails and indulge in final courses featuring delights from Salty Donut, Maison Perrier, and Exquisito Chocolates alongside an Illy Coffee station. National Daiquiri Day at CJ’s Crab Shack on Friday, July 19

Happy National Daiquiri Day! Where else would we be celebrating but at our favorite Ocean Drive locale with what is probably the biggest daiquiri bar in Miami Beach?! The daiquiri bar here is stocked with classic flavors like strawberry, pina colada, mango, and blue raspberry. You can also get some special mixes like the Red, White, & Blue or the Frozen Rainbow with all five daiquiri flavors. The best part is that CJ’s does not skimp on Bacardi Superior Rum and tops off each daiquiri with a Bacardi Dark Rum floater. Oh, and did we mention that the cups are simply colossal?
