March is well underway, and Miami’s top restaurants are pulling out all the stops this month and beyond. Here’s a quick look at the promos and specials that should be on your radar:
Wynwood’s beloved izakaya and yakitori spot is keeping guests on their toes with a new weekend brunch. Available on both Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., these latest menu additions ensure a memorable weekend for all. On the food side, diners can expect wagyu steak and fried egg, sweet potato hash, and karaage chicken and waffles.
No brunch is complete with boozy beverages, and Buya has them in spades. 24th Street Mimosas feature Bushido sake and orange juice (or peach puree) and can be enjoyed endlessly for $25 per person. A Fuji Sangria with apple-infused sake and Fino Sherry is another brunch highlight. Still recovering from a hangover? Enjoy the Detox Cocktail with carrots, celery, apples, ginger and turmeric.
Buya is located at 250 NW 24th Street, Miami, FL 33127. For more information, visit their official website.
Casa Isola – the latest venture from Chef Mendin of Pubbelly fame and partner, Chef Agnello – has quickly become one of Miami Beach’s hottest new restaurants. Guests can enjoy a wide (and delicious) range of Italian fare like arancini, polenta al funghi, rigatoni alla vodka and veal chop parm.
The menu also features the ever-popular classic Sunday Sauce. Despite the name, this special isn’t just available on Sundays – in fact, it’s available every day. The mix of short rib meatball, pork rib, Italian sausage and 8-hour sauce is a steal at $30. Just make sure to order it sooner rather than later; the item is subject to limited availability.
Casa Isola is located at 1418 20th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139. For more information, visit their official website.
If you’re a sucker for a good lunch deal, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better one than the lunch set at Hachidori Ramen Bar. The Little River eatery is serving up a hearty mid-day meal for just $16.
The special includes one of the restaurant’s signature ramens (OG, Shoyu or Shrooms), a rice bowl (steak, chicken or eggplant), a Tokyo Ginger salad, and your choice of side (pork gyozas or Shishito peppers). That’s a lot of food for the price. Swing by between noon and 4 p.m. on weekdays to take advantage of this deal. Just one caveat: The set is only available for dine-in.
Hachidori Ramen Bar is located at 8222 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33138. For more information, visit their official website.
La Placita is mainly known for its tasty Puerto Rican cuisines, but it’s also home to some tasty tacos. On Tuesdays, guests can enjoy two tacos for $7; options include carne asada, al pastor and shrimp. That’s not all: $5 margaritas round out the specials, making La Placita your new favorite Taco Tuesday destination.
La Placita is located at 6789 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33138. For more information, visit their official website.
