The Best New Restaurants in Miami [October 2025]

Angelina Kurganska

Miami’s fall food scene is officially leveling up. From world-famous international concepts to homegrown café obsessions, the city’s newest openings are bringing bold flavors, show-stopping interiors, and serious foodie energy to every corner. Think rooftop Japanese glamour, hidden modern Chinese gems, Italian hideaways in the Grove, Miami iced coffee heaven, and Latin American feasts with global street cred. Whether you’re hunting for the next Instagrammable sip, a shareable plate with friends, or a multi-sensory dining experience, this lineup has it all—and then some. Here’s where to eat, drink, and linger this month:

Amazónico

This fall is the season of world-renowned restaurants transplanting into the streets of Miami (and into the stomachs of the city’s foodies), and first up is Amazónico, a quintessentially international Latin American spot with outposts in Madrid, London, Dubai, and Monte Carlo. Naturally, its next stop had to be Brickell. With three floors of open kitchens, live music, and both indoor and outdoor seating, Amazónico invites Miami’s crème de la crème on a multi-sensory journey into the soul of Latin America.

The menu leans Brazilian and ancestral, with approachable, shareable plates rooted in tradition. Highlights include arroz chaufa (three whole grain rices with duck breast), lubina al espeto (line-caught sea bass cooked over an open fire), and 305 exclusives like centollo con caviar (Alaska king crab with summer leaves and nikkei dressing) or guacho de langostinos (black tiger prawns in semolina and coconut bisque). Completing the experience is a wine program curated by Group Sommelier Vincent Pastorello, spotlighting some of the best bottles from Spain and South America. Come hungry—in every sense of the word.

Amazónico is located at 800 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131. For more information, visit their official website.

Coconut Grove just got a major upgrade—and yes, it tastes like Italy. Say hello to Da Angelino Cucina Italiana at CocoWalk, the hot new collab between Graspa Group (Osteria, Salumeria 104) and the Michelin-starred Ariete Hospitality Group. Spoiler: it’s everything you didn’t know you were craving. Florence-born host Angelin Kometa runs the show with charisma and warmth, guiding guests through a sun-drenched dining room decked in terra cotta and sage, plus a leafy patio that’s basically begging for long lunches and even longer conversations. Elegant but never stiff, the space has that effortless Italian energy—think cozy sophistication with a splash of Grove charm.

The provisions are craveable and built for sharing. Tableside cacio e pepe, rigatoni with lamb ragu and fire-grilled lamb chops, spaghetti alle vongole with bottarga, and vitello alla Milanese that’s already destined for legend. Wash it all down with a curated wine list or cocktails that hit just the right balance of classic and creative. A modern Italian hideaway in the heart of the Grove where every bite, sip, and moment feels like a celebration—bring friends, linger, and let the magic of Italy (and Miami) work its charm.

Da Angelino Cucina Italiana is located at 3015 Grand Ave, Suite 120, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. For more information, visit their official website.

Nacionsushi

Nacionsushi has officially touched down in Doral, marking the brand’s first-ever U.S. outpost—and it’s already giving the city’s foodies plenty to talk about (and post about). Born in Panama in 2014, this Latin American favorite blew up across 11 countries with 40+ locations, thanks to its bold mix of neon-lit energy, oversized art, deep house beats, and a menu that’s as extra as it is delicious.

At the heart of the hype lie the iconic XL rolls—protein-packed and served in over 30 varieties. Add to that crispy sushi pizzas, taquitos, tuk tuk stuffed with tuna tartare, fluffy pork baos, noodles, stir-fries, and Southeast Asian–inspired bites like nasi goreng, and you’ve got a feast that goes way beyond sushi. Drinks keep the vibe rolling with fresh juices, playful cocktails, and everyone’s new favorite: all-day, two-for-one sangría nación.

Nacionsushi is located at 8700 NW 36th St, Doral, FL 33166, Doral, FL 33178. For more information, visit their official website

Sunshine Coffee

Miami mornings are starting to feel even brighter than usual. Meet Sunshine Coffee—the city’s newest cafe crush that recently opened its flagship shop at the Esmé Hotel on Española Way. The brainchild of husband-and-wife duo Alan Philips and Gelareh Mizrahi, Sunshine Coffee is more than a caffeine fix; it’s a family affair named after their daughter, Sunshine. Philips brings big-hospitality chops (Fontainebleau, Turnberry, you name it), while Mizrahi, the fashion designer whose bags have graced the likes of Taylor Swift and Kylie Jenner, brings eye-popping design. Inside, pastel yellow walls, sculptural furniture, and a dreamy blue portal set the stage for a space that feels part gallery, part happy place. The motto painted across the mural—“See the Good in All Things”—says it all.

On the menu, find Miami iced coffees topped with playful foams, such as Cinnamon Toast Crunch milk or pink vanilla, plus matcha lemonades, smoothies, and an all-day lineup of photo-ready bites—from pancake cake to shakshuka tacos and caviar toast.

Sunshine Coffee is located at 1436 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139. For more information, visit their official website

XINO

Opened in early September, XINO is the kind of spot that feels like a secret—hidden in the back of Aventura’s Reunion Ktchn Bar—but it won’t stay under wraps for long, as we’re surely not ones for gatekeeping. With just 40 seats, this modern Chinese hideaway is quickly becoming one of Miami’s buzziest new tables, and we’re oh so here for it.

Rooted in Chinese tradition yet reinvented with bold twists, the menu is all about umami and refinement. Signature bites include smoky pork ribs glazed in sticky date sauce, crispy cucumber boats loaded with rock shrimp tempura, and mahi ceviche brightened with yuzu and jalapeño. From there, the flavors get even deeper: wok-seared filet mignon tossed in Szechuan peppercorns, jade sea bass in a fiery chili-ginger sauce, and Peking-style duck breast with moo shu pancakes (available only on weekends for those in the know). Cocktails are just as inventive, infusing Chinese spices and exotic flavors into creations that surprise and delight—perfect partners for dishes like sambal-smoked eggplant or XINO’s signature fried rice. Step inside, tune out the noise, and discover one of the city’s best new secrets.

XINO is located at 18161 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, FL 33160. For more information, visit their official website.
