Wednesday, February 12: Dinner at Primo’s

This year, Primo’s in Edgewater is the go-to dining spot for Miami Boat Show attendees. Whether you’re an exhibitor or a DoubleTree guest, enjoy a 10% discount on your meal once per day throughout the show (February 12–16, 2025).

A Miami staple for two decades, Primo’s knows how to serve up crowd-pleasers. First-timers take note: start with crispy wild-caught calamari and zucchini, perfectly fried and paired with a spicy marinara that’s downright addictive. Then, go for the spinach and pear salad with creamy California goat cheese — add seared Ahi tuna for an extra treat. But the real must-try? The seafood risotto, brimming with the freshest catch and infused with a garlicky wine base. See you there!

Thursday, February 13: Bella Notte Thursdays

If you’re thinking of a place to go with your besties before Valentine’s Day, we know just the spot: Elia on the River. Think glossy marble tables, plush seating, fresh florals, and a grand chandelier—all with dreamy river views from the patio. It’s effortlessly elegant, just like your crew. Thursdays here are known as Bella Notte Thursdays—live music rings throughout from Robbie Elias & Band as well as DJ Deepmatt, starting at 8 p.m. The best part? Free bubbles for the ladies!

If you’re feeling peckish, kick things off with charred octopus over chickpea purée and the indulgent truffle carpaccio with creamy potatoes and arugula. Then, go big with the star of the night: lobster linguini, served with a whole lobster—because you and your besties deserve nothing less. As for drinks, the bar’s signature cocktails never miss, but the amaretto sour with whipped citrus syrup? Pure perfection.

Elia on the River also has you covered for Valentine’s Day on February 14. The first seating runs from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., but we recommend arriving around 6:30 p.m. to enjoy the soulful sounds of Lauren Jay and the band as they set the mood. The second seating takes place from 10:30 p.m. to midnight, offering a late-night, candlelit affair by the river. Elia’s special Valentine’s Day menu is crafted for romance, featuring indulgent dishes and optional add-ons to make the night even more magical. Elevate your experience with a Moët bottle upgrade, an exclusive VIP table upgrade, or a bouquet of roses to surprise your special someone. Reservations should be made beforehand.

Friday, February 14: Valentine’s Day at Giselle’s

Step into a world of romance and indulgence this Valentine’s Day at Giselle Miami. Begin your evening with French Kiss oysters and Siberian caviar, elegantly paired with rose petals, or the exquisite wagyu carpaccio, finished with truffle purée, smoked foie gras, and quail eggs. Oof. For the main course, the veal chop Milanese steals the spotlight, served with maitake mushrooms and veal jus. End on a luscious note with the Passion Pavlova, featuring passion fruit salpicon, shaved pineapple, and lime.

Let’s not forget to enhance the night with specially crafted cocktails like the Diamond Desire, a dazzling mix of No.3 London Dry Gin, prosecco, cucumber, strawberry, and citrus, or the Blushing Rose, a sultry blend of Patrón El Cielo Tequila, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Reservations are highly recommended!

Giselle’s is located at 15 NE 11th St, Miami, FL 33132. For more information, visit their official website.

Saturday, February 15: Dinner at Costa Med

Let’s keep the passion alive all week long. For an intimate and unforgettable dining experience, Costa Med in Key Biscayne is the place to be. This charming Mediterranean bistro feels like a home away from home, where impeccable service meets the finest flavors of the sea.

Start with the steak tartare, a melt-in-your-mouth combination of Black Angus filet mignon and quail yolk. Then, share the butterflied Greek-style branzino, simply grilled with salt, pepper, and oregano—letting its delicate, fresh flavors take center stage. Of course, no evening at Costa Med is complete without the perfect wine pairing. Fortunately, the restaurant boasts one of the finest wine collections in Key Biscayne, ensuring every sip enhances the experience.
