What to Do in Miami This Week [July 14-20]
The fiery Pizza Indiavolata at Ironside Pizza

Savor Miami has officially landed — and it’s more than just a warm-up for Miami Spice. All July long, this new dining series is turning up the heat with limited-time menus, beachside bites, and $1 parking (yes, really). One standout? Campo at Casa Faena.

Set inside a dreamy Mediterranean-style villa just steps from the sand, Campo’s $45 dinner prix-fixe menu is where coastal chill meets chef-driven flavor. Drool-worthy menu items include adobo-marinated Key West shrimp and branzino al pastor grilled over charcoal and laced with zesty kaffir lime and ginger. Vegetarians can dig into a Hammock greens Meyer lemon salad served with artisanal sourdough, and don’t skip the passion fruit cheesecake — sweet, tangy, and made with goat cheese. Campo’s got that “hidden gem” feel with serious culinary chops.

Campo at Casa Faena is located at 3500 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140. For more information, visit their official website

Thursday, July 17: Artside Night at Ironside Pizza

Instagram

This Thursday, Artside at Ironside Pizza is back, blending creativity with char and a splash of cabernet. Tucked into Miami Ironside’s lush courtyard, this breezy pizza garden is known for its crisp, wood-fired pies and laid-back neighborhood energy.

From 7 to 9 p.m., sip wine, paint your masterpiece (no skills required), and reward your efforts with a margherita or tartufata pizza, fresh from the oven. The vibe? Equal parts open-air gallery and pizza party. Bring your friends, your date, or just your artsy alter ego — you’ll leave with paint on your hands and a very happy belly. Pro tip: you absolutely do not want to skip having the heavenly tiramisu for dessert. Seating is limited, so book fast.

Saturday, July 19: Bottomless Brunch at Elia on the River

Instagram

Boozy brunch with a view? Elia on the River is doing it right. Every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., this sleek Southern Italian gem hosts a live Latin jazz brunch that pairs breezy riverfront vibes with lobster benedict and bottomless pours.

For $45, you’ll get two hours of endless spritzes, mimosas, or rosé while diving into breakfast pizza stacked with prosciutto and eggs, French toast Monte Cristo with fontina and raspberry preserve, or steak and eggs with caramelized onions and salmoriglio. Want to keep it lighter? The lox platter, complete with both smoked salmon and white fish, or the octopus carpaccio dressed with tropical mango and a citrusy vinaigrette, are stars in their own right. Stay late, sip slowly, and let the saxophone solos carry you into golden hour.

Sunday, July 20: Dinner at CJ’s Crab Shack

- -

After a lush day on the beach, we’re going full-throttle at CJ’s with seafood that drips in garlic butter and that unmistakable Southern pizzazz. We’re starting with the drunken shrimp — steamed in beer and Cajun spices, they’re messy, steamy, and utterly addictive. Then let’s go all-in with the CJ’s Cajun Combo: two Old Bay-dusted snow crab clusters, baked oysters, a crab cake, and shrimp that smack of smoky heat.

If you find yourself craving comfort, the seafood pasta is pure coastal decadence — lobster, shrimp, and scallops twirled into creamy garlic linguini. And let’s not skip the sleeper hit either: grouper in a bag — a cheesy, jalapeño-spiked masterpiece baked in parchment. There’s no better place to end a beach day than with a bib around your neck and a bucket of snow crab, steaming in front of you. Bonus: the sunset hits different when you’re elbow-deep in shellfish and not paying $60 for a ceviche sampler.
