It’s a haven where discerning palates converge, offering a selection of handpicked boutique wines meticulously curated by culinary maestros and sommeliers alike, all within the same chic confines. On Wednesday, the happy hour specials unfurl from 4 to 6 p.m. Glide with us into the accessible realm of luxury with glasses of rare, limited-production wine priced at $6 each. For an extra $4, elevate the experience with mouthwatering bites from the best meat purveyors over at the Wagyu Bar. It’s an affair not to be missed.

Friday, May 10: 5 Year Anniversary Bash at Dos Croquetas

This Friday, Dos Croquetas is gearing up for their fabulous 5 Year Anniversary bash. From humble beginnings as a cozy catering-style outfit, this family-owned gem has blossomed into a culinary sensation with two locations on Bird Road and in Little Havana, not to mention a presence at all the chicest city soirées, like this weekend’s Grand Prix. Crafted by the dynamic Cuban nephew/aunt team, Alec and Vicky, Dos Croquetas embodies innovation and culinary finesse, infusing traditional Cuban flavors with a dash of contemporary flair. To mark this milestone at their Bird Road locale, Dos Croquetas is unveiling scrumptious new menu additions and irresistible promotions. Indulge in their sizzling Smash Burger Croqueta or the tempting Cuban French Toast Sticks, among other mouthwatering treats. Plus, don’t miss out on their exclusive $5 anniversary deals, including sandwiches, bowls, wraps, shakes, and slushies. See you there!

Dos Croquetas is located at 10505 SW 40th St, Miami, FL, 33165. For more information, head to their official website.

Saturday, May 11: Florentine Dinner at Toscana Divino

What to Do in Miami This Week [May 6 - 12] - Cana Wine Bar, Dos Croquetas, RED South Beach, Toscana Divino, weekly - November 2024

Have you already tried the Florentine Tasting Menu at Toscana Divino? If not, now is as good of a time as any. Make your reservations for Saturday evening and prepare to be spoiled by Florentine specialties carefully prepared by Chef Andrea Marchesin. The tasting menu, priced at $220, serves two hungry or three fairly hungry diners. As you sip on top-shelf wine from the restaurant’s extensive cellar, enjoy tagliere Toscano—a charcuterie board of the finest cold cuts and cheeses from Tuscany. Then prepare for the main attractions like risotto funghi e tartufo, la Fiorentina 40-oz T-bone steak, and delectable sides of smoked potato puree, broccoli rabe, butter beans, and arugula salad. This is one for the books.

Sunday, May 12: Mother’s Day Brunch at RED South Beach

RED South Beach Brunch

If you’ve yet to finalize your special Mother’s Day plans, we recommend making a reservation at RED South Beach. The Miami Beach institution has their usual brunch service every Sunday, but they’re making it extra special for the moms this week, featuring a special confectionary gift, compliments of Chef Peter. Those celebrating can opt for the bottomless brunch featuring unlimited tapas and an entree for $89. If you’re craving the blue crab ravioli or the lobster pot pie sans the unlimited appetizers and drinks, you can still order all the same delectable dishes off the a la carte menu. There will also be a special menu catered specifically to kids. We couldn’t think of a better venue to celebrate Mom!
