Tuesday, November 11: Stone Crab Season at The Lobster Shack

Stone crab season has officially kicked off, and we won’t resist heading to The Lobster Shack to celebrate. Cracking into a perfectly chilled claw, the sweet, tender meat practically melts on your tongue—seasonal indulgence at its finest. The two Miami Beach outposts offer the perfect mix of casual coastal vibes and fresh, high-quality seafood.

Beyond stone crabs, the menu is a seafood lover’s dream: from live Maine lobster and snow crab to baked oysters, and of course, juicy lobster rolls. Pair your claws with one of the Shack’s signature cocktails, like the guava jalapeno margarita or a signature ice-cold craft beer, while soaking in the beachside energy. Stone crab season is short, but experiences like this? Totally worth every minute.

Thursday, November 13: Sufrat Mediterranean Grill One-Year Anniversary

Sufrat Mediterranean Grill is turning one in Doral, and they’re celebrating with flavor, fun, and a whole lot of generosity. Family-owned and beloved for its handcrafted Mediterranean fare, Sufrat is the kind of spot where falafel, chargrilled octopus, and lamb chops feel like a feast you can—and should—share.

Kick off the festivities with $1 hummus and $1 bubbly all day, live DJ, and complimentary select cocktails courtesy of Tito’s Vodka. The party keeps going Friday and Saturday with live belly dancing, good vibes, and big flavors. In true giving-season spirit, starting Friday, November 14, Sufrat introduces the limited-time Shukran Dish & Platter. From $18 turkey kebabs to the $90 feast for six, a portion of proceeds supports Feeding South Florida. Come for the celebration, stay for the hummus, the cocktails, and the heartwarming mission behind it all.

Sufrat Mediterranean Grill is located at 8455 NW 53rd St, Suite 106, Doral, FL 33166. For more information, visit their official website.

Friday, November 14: National Cacio e Pepe Day at Costa Med

Key Biscayne’s Costa Med is celebrating National Cacio e Pepe Day with their irresistible take on the Roman classic—creamy, perfectly peppered, and elevated with house-made pesto and shards of crispy prosciutto. Count us in.

The rest of the Mediterranean-inspired menu is just as tempting: tender Greek-style octopus grilled to perfection, avocado capresse with silky fresh buffalo mozzarella, and a citrusy Faroe Island Scottish salmon carpaccio that always steals the show. Pair it all with a chilled glass of white and the island breeze drifting through Costa Med’s cozy patio. Honestly, when pasta, pesto, and prosciutto come together like this, there’s no rushing perfection.

Sunday, November 16: Michelin Dinner at Stubborn Seed

Sunday nights call for Stubborn Seed, Miami Beach’s Michelin-starred playground. Top Chef winner Jeremy Ford has mastered the art of turning seasonal American fare into a performance—from playful nibbles to plates that demand full attention.

For a taste of Ford’s genius without committing to the full tasting menu, the $85 three-course option is a masterclass in flavor and technique. Start with the red Belgian endive and husk cherry salad, dressed with tarragon green goddess, brown butter croutons, ylang ylang from Chef’s farm, and a banana-ginger vinaigrette that somehow manages to be both bright and indulgent. Then move on to the seared Berkshire pork chop, served with spiced cannellini beans, pink apple & cara cara salad, and fine herbs with a drizzle of olio verde—comforting yet elevated, simple yet perfectly precise. A few surprise delights round out the evening, leaving you reminded that excellence doesn’t need excess; it’s all in the execution. Making reservations yet?
