Where to Celebrate Your Anniversary in Miami

Where to Celebrate Your Anniversary in Miami - Costa Med, Daniel's, Double Luck Chinese, ELYU Omakase, Loretta & The Butcher, Mae's Room - December 2025

Celebrating another year together? Make it count. From steaks to sushi to cocktail lounges, Miami has no shortage of places that turn an anniversary dinner into something unforgettable. Here’s where to book.

Costa Med

Costa Med is the definition of low-key elegance. Tucked away on Key Biscayne, the food here is bright and the wine is plentiful. Expect Mediterranean-inspired staples: exceptional seafood, clean flavors, and an ambiance that’s perfect when the night is all about you two. Some highlights to consider include corvina ceviche, pear and gorgonzola ravioli, seared scallops, and the steak frites.

Daniel’s

Daniel’s is where you go when you want your anniversary to feel a little indulgent… OK, maybe very indulgent. Think big steaks, stiff cocktails, and a dining room that makes everyone look good in the lighting. Reservations are strongly recommended, but the bar usually has some open spots for a more impromptu anniversary dine. We recommend coming for happy hour and staying through dinner – your special day deserves it.

Daniel’s is located at 1500 San Ignacio Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33146. For more information, visit their official website.

Double Luck Chinese

Looking for something fun, flavorful, and a little off the beaten path? Double Luck hits the sweet spot. Elevated Chinese fare is what you’ll find in this Upper East Side gem; we love the char siu ribs, crab fried rice, and Hennessy orange chicken. There’s no liquor here, but there’s a ton of beer, wine, and sake to keep you busy. It’s a low-key, delicious way to celebrate without the formality.

Double Luck Chinese is located at 1085 NE 79th St, Miami, FL 33138. For more information, visit their official Instagram

Elyu Omakase

If you and your partner love trying new things, Elyu is the thrill you’re after. At this Coral Gables omakase, you’ll enjoy a progression of amazing bites that range from delicate to daring. It’s fun, immersive, and something that this quieter side of the neighborhood needed. You need a reservation, and with a limited number of seats, you want to snag one early.

Elyu Omakase is located at 2626 Ponce de Leon Unit #3, Coral Gables, FL 33134. For more information, visit their official website.

Loretta and the Butcher

If you want something inviting and intimate, Loretta and the Butcher delivers that cozy-chic magic the Grove does best. The menu leans Argentinian with European nudges — steaks, pastas, big flavors — all in a room that feels equal parts neighborhood gem and date-night staple. It’s relaxed but still special, and it’s the ideal place for lovers of great food and great wine. The empanadas, sweetbreads, and the rib eye are all must-trys.

Mae’s Room

Need a pitstop before dinner? After dinner? Skipping dinner altogether? Step into Mae’s Room, and the outside world disappears. Here, you and your other half can enjoy meticulously crafted drinks and a vibe that lands somewhere between chic lounge and secret escape. Start with the signature martini and work your way through a menu that’s full of clever riffs and the kind of drinks that make you glad the Grove finally has a proper cocktail bar.

Mae’s Room is located at 3444 Main Hwy, Suite 17, Miami, FL 33133. For more information, visit their official website
