Where to Watch the 2022 World Cup in Miami

The World Cup is back! If you don’t feel like watching at home, you can stop into these spots to catch a game while getting some great grub.

BBQ & Craft Company

At Brickell’s BBQ & Craft Company, there’s plenty of BBQ to keep you fed while cheering on your favorite teams. Brisket, smoked chicken, pulled pork… All the staples are here and then some. We suggest trying a little bit of everything: Start with an appetizer like the cupcake cornbread or dry rub wings, chow down on some spare rib and mac and cheese and finish up with some Nutella banana pudding. The food is so good that we guarantee you’ll visit more than once during the tournament.

Fritz & Franz Bierhaus

It doesn’t matter if there’s a soccer game playing during the wee hours of the morning, Fritz & Franz will open early to show it. The Coral Gables institution is known for its giant beer and passionate soccer crowds, and the place has been known to host watch parties at all hours. Dark beers, light beers, and everything in between are available to quench your thirst, and the German food menu is full of pretzels, bratwurst, and other game-friendly fares.

Fritz & Franz Bierhaus is located at 60 Merrick Way, Coral Gables, FL 33134. For more information, visit their official Instagram.

Grails Wynwood

Few bars have the number of TVs that Grails does. The Wynwood bar has one everywhere –no matter where you turn your head, there’s a screen close by. If your favorite teams’ schedules overlap, this is THE place to watch them simultaneously. Drinks are whimsical and tasty; you’ll see there’s just as much emphasis on presentation as there is on flavor. Case in point: The Grails “Sneaker” drink, which comes in a ceramic sneaker and should be the first drink you get here. Food-wise, you’ll see classic bar food with twists –think cheeseburger dumplings, loaded yuca fries, and poke nachos.

Grails Wynwood is located at 2800 North Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33127. For more information, visit their official website.

Lost Boy Dry Goods

When it comes to watching soccer in Downtown Miami, Lost Boy Dry Goods is usually at the top of most watch party lists. If there’s a soccer game going on somewhere in the world, odds are that this Downtown bar is showing it on at least one television. Beer, wine, and liquor are all available, but we recommend sticking to the cocktail list due to unique creations you won’t find elsewhere like the mango-smoked daisy and the mezcal Verano negroni. Food is limited, but you can’t go wrong with items like the artichoke arugula dip and German pretzel.

Lost Boy Dry Goods is located at 157 East Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33131. For more information, visit their official website.

Mickey Burke’s

On Miami Beach, Mickey Burke’s has you covered for the 2022 World Cup. The popular pub features a globally inspired menu that includes braised short rib poutine, bonchon cauliflower bites, fish and chips, and Mahalo poke. There’s no shortage of draft beers here, and cocktails are stiff despite whimsical names like Giggle Juice and Saturday Night Beaver. There are daily specials –and expect World cup specials, too so plan accordingly to save a few bucks (which is always welcome on South Beach).

Mickey Burkes is located at 1265 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. For more information, visit their official website.
