Why Graziano’s is a Coral Gables Classic

There are steakhouses—and then there’s Graziano’s. Located in Coral Gables, this Argentine restaurant has built a reputation for doing things the right way: with care, confidence, and a deep respect for the ingredients and traditions that define its cuisine. It’s the kind of place where every meal feels like an occasion and where even the smallest details are executed with precision.

Walk into Graziano’s, and you’re instantly enveloped in warmth. The interior feels both polished and inviting, and there’s an energy to the room that’s hard to resist. The service? Impeccable. Staff glide from table to table, anticipating needs before you even have to ask. And the best part? Many of the dishes are finished or prepared tableside, turning dinner into something interactive and memorable.

Preparing Appetizers

The menu is a love letter to Argentina, with a strong focus on fire-grilled meats and comforting flavors. It all starts with the appetizers—perfect for sharing while sipping on a Malbec. The provoleta parrillera (provolone with tomatoes, oregano, and olive oil) is an absolute must; it’s the kind of dish that gets scraped clean. The house-made chorizo is another standout, offering a nice flavor contrast to the cheese.

Picanha al Asador for Two

But the heart and soul of Graziano’s is its meat. The steak selection here is serious—each cut is carefully sourced and expertly grilled to bring out its natural depth. Whether you’re going for the entraña (skirt steak), the ultra-flavorful ribeye, or splurging on the massive picanha for two, you’re in good hands. These steaks don’t need flashy sauces or gimmick; they stand on their own.

And while steak is king, the menu doesn’t stop there. The branzino al asador, served whole, is a beautifully simple seafood option, and there are pastas and milanesas galore to ensure repeat visits. Even the side dishes—like Brussels sprouts and gratin potatoes—feel like something special.

Cocktail

The wine list is just as thoughtfully curated, with a strong Latin American presence and plenty of pairings to match whatever’s on your plate. Ask your server for a recommendation; they know their stuff and are more than happy to help you find the perfect bottle. Cocktail-wise, don’t miss out on their gin and tonics.

Crepes

Whether you’re celebrating something big or just in the mood for a great steak, Graziano’s delivers. With its warm ambiance, top-tier service, and food that’s both rooted in tradition and full of flavor, it’s easy to see why this Coral Gables gem continues to be a favorite from the first pour to the last bite of their crepes dessert.
