That place came to take the name of The Wagyu Bar. Located just West of Brickell, The Wagyu Bar has turned the high-quality, responsibly acquired meats and fish of their purveyor into delicious, affordable meals. The motto here is no fluff, no smoke, no mirrors. They come with the real or nothing at all… and yes, they do come with the real.
The three menus – brunch, lunch, dinner – at Wagyu Bar are all fairly simple and straightforward. For brunch, expect western-style favorites with a quality twist: Eggs with G1 Certified Hanger Steak, Cream Cheese Bagel with Ora King Smoked Salmon. The lunch menu sports loaded bowls and absolutely massive sammies, sure to leave a good impression. The dinner menu is the biggest and is just outstanding: Acorn Fed 100% Spanish Jamon de Bellota, 45-60 Day Prime Bone-in 14oz Kansas Steak, Miyazaki-Gyu A5 Brioche Bun Burger, 3-meat South American-style Parrillada… and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. They’ve got a great variety of high-grade seafood and phenomenal sides as well. It’s a meat lover’s paradise.
The bar (titled the Actual Bar) has a healthy selection of wines, sake, beer, and cocktails. There’s also a fun dessert menu of alcohol-infused ice cream. The Wagyu Bar leaves the carnivorous dietitian worry-free – you’re welcome.
