The MICHELIN Restaurants to Book During Miami Spice 2026

Consider your MICHELIN Miami Spice guide finally served.
Some of Miami’s most celebrated restaurants are participating in Miami Spice this year, putting everything from two-MICHELIN-starred French cooking to an 11-course omakase within slightly easier reach. And it’s not just about the stars: Bib Gourmand favorites and MICHELIN Recommended restaurants are getting in on the action, too.
So, where should you book first? We looked at the menus, pricing, and, most importantly, how much of what makes each restaurant special you’re actually getting with its Miami Spice offering.
From $40 lunches that feel like a steal to splurge-worthy tasting menus, here are the MICHELIN-recognized Miami Spice experiences worth having on your radar.
Ariete
Ariete is where chef Michael Beltran’s Cuban-American roots meet the precision of classic French cooking. Beltran opened the restaurant with partner Jason Odio nearly a decade ago, drawing on the flavors and traditions he grew up with in Miami and the French techniques he picked up throughout his culinary career.
What started as a Coconut Grove neighborhood restaurant quickly became one of the names helping define Miami’s modern dining scene, eventually earning a MICHELIN star in 2022. But for all the accolades, Ariete has never lost the warmth that made it a local favorite. It’s elevated without feeling overly formal, with a wood-fired grill at the heart of the kitchen.
Miami Spice is a good excuse to see what Ariete is all about. The restaurant is serving a three-course dinner for $65, with dishes that continue to bring together French technique and Miami flavor. And unlike some of the more limited MICHELIN-starred Spice menus, Ariete’s is available throughout the week, so this one is particularly easy to add to your summer dinner plans.
Must try: The chug burger or chivo guisado, which capture what Ariete does best.
Ariete is located at 3540 Main Hwy., Coconut Grove, FL 33133. For more information, view their full Miami Spice menu.
COTE Miami

Steak lovers: this one’s for you. Part Korean barbecue, part classic American steakhouse and entirely its own thing, COTE has become one of the Design District‘s buzziest dining rooms. For Miami Spice, they’re serving a $40 weekday lunch, making it one of the most affordable ways to dine at a MICHELIN-starred restaurant in Miami this summer.
And while you have the option to choose from some of the restaurant’s favorites like the steak tartare and COTE’s limited edition fried chicken, here’s the real reason worth visiting: you can upgrade to the Butcher’s Lunch (an additional $29), which adds USDA Prime hanger steak, 45-plus-day dry-aged ribeye, and more. And yes, there’s dessert: the restaurant’s Korean soft serve with soy and caramel sauce.
Must try: The $40 lunch special. If you’re coming to COTE for the meat, the Butcher’s Lunch upgrade gives you a much better taste of what made the restaurant famous.
COTE Miami is located at 3900 NE 2nd Ave., Miami, FL 33137. For more information, view their full Miami Spice menu.
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon

Meet Miami’s only two-MICHELIN-starred restaurant. Tucked inside the Design District, L’Atelier carries on the legacy of legendary French chef Joël Robuchon, whose global culinary empire earned a record-breaking 30-plus MICHELIN stars at its peak. Here, his meticulous approach to French cooking lives on through luxe ingredients, precise technique and an attention to detail that turns even seemingly simple dishes into something special.
For Miami Spice, there are two ways to try it. The three-course Chef’s Experience lunch is available Fridays and Saturdays ($95 per person), while the four-course Miami Spice Reserve dinner is offered every day except Mondays ($155 per person). Both menus feature several of the restaurant’s specialties, from foie gras royale with Parmesan foam and a heirloom tomato and roasted beet salad to Ibérico pork presa, plus sweet finishes like la forêt noire, a sophisticated spin on black forest cake.
Yes, $155 is a splurge by Miami Spice standards. But if L’Atelier has been sitting on your Miami dining bucket list, this is a good excuse to finally make the reservation and see what Miami’s only two-MICHELIN-starred restaurant is all about.
Must try: The Ibérico pork presa. It’s a standout on both the lunch and four-course Reserve menus, and the dish we’d be most excited to order.
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is located at 151 NE 41st St., Miami, FL 33137. For more information, view their full Miami Spice menu.
Le Jardinier Miami

Just downstairs from L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Le Jardinier is another MICHELIN-starred restaurant from The Bastion Collection, with chef Alain Verzeroli behind the menu. This one takes a lighter, more laid-back approach to French dining, putting seasonal vegetables and fresh ingredients front and center.
Its name literally translates to “the gardener,” which tells you plenty about the philosophy here. Seasonality is at the heart of the menu, with French technique bringing together fresh herbs, peak-season produce, and carefully selected proteins. It’s an approach that has earned the restaurant a MICHELIN star every year since the guide first arrived in Florida in 2022.
During Miami Spice, Le Jardinier is offering a $40 lunch and $65 dinner Tuesday through Sunday, making it one of the more approachable ways to dine at a MICHELIN-starred restaurant this summer. The $40 lunch is an especially good deal, and it’s a good excuse to spend an afternoon eating your way through the Design District.
Must try: During lunch, we recommend the pappardelle with Parmesan crème fraîche and artichokes. If you’re craving seafood, the steelhead trout is another standout. Both feel true to Le Jardinier’s signature style, giving you a genuine taste of the restaurant rather than something created just for Miami Spice.
Le Jardinier Miami is located at 151 NE 41st St., Miami, FL 33137. For more information, view their full Miami Spice menu.
Stubborn Seed

There’s a reason Stubborn Seed has remained one of South of Fifth’s most talked-about restaurants. Chef Jeremy Ford, the Top Chef Season 13 winner behind the concept, has built his flagship around bold, constantly evolving cooking, earning the restaurant both a MICHELIN Star and a MICHELIN Green Star.
And the farm-to-table connection here is pretty literal. Many ingredients come straight from the team’s organic farm in the Redlands, where what’s growing helps inspire Stubborn Seed’s seasonal tasting menus. That makes Miami Spice an especially tempting way to experience Ford’s cooking without committing to the restaurant’s usual multi-course tasting menu.
Their $65 three-course dinner gives diners a taste of what makes the acclaimed menu so special. From Ford’s farm tomato and stracciatella salad to koji-marinated lamb and open-fire charred branzino, it’s a compelling introduction to one of Miami Beach‘s most acclaimed kitchens, and one where the farm-to-table philosophy is much more than a buzzword.
Must try: The Stubborn truffle chicken. It’s a standout that showcases the rich, technique-driven cooking Stubborn Seed is known for.
Stubborn Seed is located at 101 Washington Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33139. For more information, view their full Miami Spice menu.
The Den at Azabu Miami Beach
Hidden inside Azabu Miami Beach, The Den is an intimate sushi counter that feels part speakeasy, part Tokyo omakase bar, and worlds away from your typical Miami Beach dinner. While Azabu’s main dining room is MICHELIN Recommended, The Den has earned a star of its own for its traditional Japanese approach, meticulous technique, and exceptional seafood.
With only a handful of seats around the counter, dinner here is less about choosing what sounds good and more about handing over the reins to the chef. And for Miami Spice, that means an 11-course, one-of-a-kind omakase. The $120 experience includes seasonal seafood, expertly prepared nigiri, premium ingredients like bluefin tuna and Japanese uni, special rolls, and more, all served one course at a time right in front of you.
If you’ve been waiting for an excuse to finally try omakase, or want your Miami Spice reservation to feel like an actual night out rather than just a good prix fixe deal—this is it.
Must try: The omakase menu. This is far from your standard three-course Miami Spice meal, giving you the full chef-led progression at one of Miami Beach’s MICHELIN-starred sushi counters.
Azabu Miami Beach is located at 161 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach, FL 33139. For more information, view their full Miami Spice menu.
Beauty and the Butcher
Beauty and the Butcher may share some DNA with MICHELIN-starred Stubborn Seed, but don’t expect the same experience. The Coral Gables restaurant is another collaboration between Top Chef winner Jeremy Ford and Miami-based Grove Bay Hospitality Group, this time with a more relaxed, neighborhood feel and a menu made for ordering a little bit of everything.
The restaurant leans into Ford’s love of seasonal ingredients and serious technique with shareable plates, dry-aged meats, and plenty coming off the grill—and the formula has clearly worked, because Beauty and the Butcher has earned a place among Miami’s MICHELIN Recommended restaurants.
For Miami Spice, you can get a taste of it with a $40 Friday lunch or $65 dinner Monday through Thursday and Sunday. Dinner is probably where we’d make the reservation, with a Spice menu that includes everything from hamachi crudo and truffle cacio e pepe to a 15-day dry-aged pork chop and roasted half chicken.
Must try: The 15-day dry-aged pork chop. If you’re going somewhere with “Butcher” in the name, you might as well commit to the bit.
Beauty and the Butcher is located at 6915 S. Red Rd., Coral Gables, FL 33143. For more information, view their full Miami Spice menu.
Tâm Tâm
Tâm Tâm has built a devoted following by doing things its own way. The Downtown Miami restaurant from Tam Pham and Harrison Ramhofer started as a supper club called “Phamily Kitchen” and has since earned a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand for its bold, playful take on Vietnamese cooking, while Pham received the MICHELIN Guide’s 2024 Young Chef Award.
Inspired by the Vietnamese tradition of “quán nhậu”—lively drinking spots centered around food, drinks, and gathering with friends—the restaurant is intentionally small, loud, and energetic.
For Miami Spice, it’s a chance to get a taste of the restaurant that went from underground dinner parties to one of Downtown Miami’s most talked-about tables. The restaurant is offering a $50 dinner on select nights and features some of its standout menu items, from the lamb wrap situation to the goat curry with rice noodles, a rich and comforting dish that shows off Tâm Tâm’s bold, anything-but-boring approach to Vietnamese cooking.
Must try: The sticky wings. They’re one of Tâm Tâm’s signature dishes, and during Miami Spice, you don’t even have to choose them—every Spice menu comes with a personal order. Consider it a bonus.
Tâm Tâm is located at 99 NW 1st St., Miami, FL 33128. For more information, view their full Miami Spice menu.
Double Luck
If the MICHELIN-starred picks above lean toward polished tasting menus and special-occasion dining, Double Luck is here to shake things up. The restaurant brings American Chinese comfort food into Miami’s dining scene with a playful menu and laid-back setting—and there’s plenty of Miami restaurant talent behind it, including the team behind Tâm Tâm and chef Adrian Ochoa.
Double Luck’s $50 Miami Spice dinner packs some of the restaurant’s most tempting dishes into one three-course menu. Available Wednesday through Sunday, the menu kicks things off with crab leg rangoon, char siu ribs, and walnut shrimp, followed by mains like their soy-braised short rib, tea-smoked duck buns, and Hennessy orange chicken.
At $50 for three courses, Double Luck is one of the more casual and wallet-friendly ways to eat your way through Miami’s MICHELIN-recognized restaurants during Spice.
Must try: The Hennessy orange chicken, the restaurant’s spin on a takeout classic.
Double Luck is located at 1085 NE 79th St., Miami, FL 33138. For more information, view their full Miami Spice menu.
