This year, Miami’s dining scene is leaning into indulgent tasting menus, creative cocktails, and thoughtful details that turn a night out into a moment worth remembering. From luxe steakhouses to cozy neighborhood favorites, here’s where to eat for Valentine’s Day this year.

Aguasal

For Valentine’s Day, Aguasal by José Andrés, the coastal Mediterranean restaurant inside Andaz Miami Beach, is offering an elevated prix-fixe dining experience. On Saturday, February 14, Aguasal will feature a thoughtfully curated Valentine’s Day menu, while also keeping its full à la carte menu available for guests who prefer to order freely.

The evening begins with an amuse-bouche of a delicate caviar cone, followed by a warm pear and endive salad with cabrales foam, walnut, and pomegranate vinaigrette. The second course features langostinos al ajillo with guindillas and Albariño, leading into a refined main of braised short rib served with potato confit, heirloom winter vegetables, and a Tempranillo jus. Dessert closes the experience with a rich yet balanced 70% Valrhona crémeux, paired with olive oil ice cream and cacao sablé. The prix-fixe menu is priced at $120 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). To complement the evening, Aguasal will also offer a Valentine’s Signature cocktail, A Little Crush, made with blanco tequila, strawberry, rose, citrus, and pink peppercorn.

Riviera Dining Group’s newest concept, AVA MediterrAegean invites guests to celebrate love over a three-course meal starting at 5 p.m., priced at $125 per person. AVA’s featured dessert, the Rose of the Orient, is a gluten-free creation that pairs crisp meringue with vibrant raspberry coulis, fragrant Bourbon vanilla, and a cooling lychee sorbet for a light, elegant finish.

BOURBON Steak, Chef Michael Mina’s award-winning steakhouse inside the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, will offer a three-course prix-fixe menu for Valentine’s Day on Saturday, February 14. Priced at $200 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the menu includes a choice of appetizers, entrées—including BOURBON Steak’s signature steaks—and a dessert course. The evening continues with live music from a DJ.

Bulla Gastrobar is bringing love at first bite this Valentine’s Day weekend. Friday, February 13 through Sunday, February 15, guests can experience a four-course prix-fixe menu for $130 per couple, available all day. The night begins with a complimentary toast paired with a Tabla Mixta of tetilla, manchego, Serrano ham, chorizo, walnuts, and olives. For the second course, guests can choose from tuna tartare, croquetas de jamón, montaditos, and mushrooms con Chorizo.

Entrées include Arroz Caldoso Especial—Valencia-style rice, prawns, shrimp, clams, calamari, chicken, red sofrito, saffron; salmon with baby spinach, chickpeas, and lemon cream; and bistec a la parrilla—cumin-marinated sirloin, truffled potato and mushroom foam, arugula salad, salsa criolla. For dessert, the couple can choose one each between flan de coco, churros con chocolate, or cheesecake de maracuyá. Add two signature strawberry crush cocktails for an additional $10.

Love is in the air at Cry Baby Creamery this Valentine’s Day with a limited-time lineup made for sharing (or not). From February 12–15, the shop scoops up Raspberry Truffle, white chocolate ice cream rippled with homemade raspberry jam and dark chocolate shavings; and You Up?, a milk chocolate espresso ice cream layered with house-made caramel and crunchy toffee pieces.
