Valentine’s Day is around the corner and what better way to celebrate than with a romantic dinner out? From cozy intimate dinners to lavish tasting menus, there are plenty of options for celebrating love this holiday season. Here’s our list of Valentine’s Day specials around Miami.

Casa Isola

The 7 Most Romantic Miami Restaurants for Valentine's Day 2023 - Casa Isola Osteria, Costa Med, Jaya, LPM Restaurant & Bar, Phuc Yea, RED South Beach, Toscana Divino - November 2024

You can’t make a Valentine’s Day restaurant list without mentioning at least one Italian eatery. Casa Isola checks all the boxes: intimate, delicious, and affordable. The menu at this Miami Beach establishment is loaded with standouts like fried calamari, burrata panzanella, short rib linguine, chicken marsala, and the crowd-favorite rigatoni alla vodka. Most items can feed two people, so expect to have at least a few leftovers. Rounding out the menu is a stellar Italian wine list. Prefer cocktails? Check out Casa Isola’s sister restaurant Patio Isola on the mainland.

Costa Med

Mediterranean food is another Valentine’s Day staple, and Costa Med on Key Biscayne serves up some of the best in town. Decisions, decisions: The menu at this neighborhood gem is vast, so we recommend ordering something from at least three sections. Our suggestions: the steak tartare, the seared scallops, and the filet mignon medallions. The restaurant is a bit on the smaller side, so reservations are a must – especially on Valentine’s Day.

Jaya at The Setai

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Louis Roederer Brut Champagne. Priced at $145 per person, the five-course menu will offer guests everything from an amuse-bouche to a caviar option and a dessert. Phuc Yea

On Tuesday, February 14, Phuc Yea, the Viet-Latin mainstay will be offering several chef specials, as well as menu staples perfect for sharing with your Valentine. Start your night off like Lady and the Tramp with the signature PY noodles– a house-made signature egg noodle dish served with garlic butter, oyster sauce, and Parmesan cheese.

To share, options also include millionaire fried rice, egg, black truffle, truffle oil, black pepper, chives, quail egg; sweet n’ sour pork bun; and caramelized chicken wings ($14), with house-made pickles. Bar maven Ani Meinhold will be curating a Valentine’s Day cocktail flight ($45) featuring three specialty craft cocktails.

Gift your crush a flight of cocktails or the hot as phuc hot sauce trio ($30) that includes hot as phuc Thai bird chili vinegar, hot as phuc Thai bird chili paste, and hot as phuc mama’s sauce [nuoc cham].

RED South Beach

Budgets be damned: If you’re going to splurge, do it at RED South Beach. The premier Miami Beach steakhouse features no shortage of decadent offerings like stone crab, lobster fra diavolo, prime ribeye, and Cheshire pork chop. This is one steakhouse where everything is just as good as the steaks, from seafood and chops to salads and sides; there is no wrong choice here. No matter what you order, just promise us you’ll get the mac and cheese. Seriously, it’s amazing.

Toscana Divino

For Valentine’s Day, many restaurants tend to forgo their usual offerings and just serve one special menu. At Toscana Divino in Brickell, you have the best of both worlds: a la carte specials or an indulgent menu tasting. Either way, you and your date will enjoy some of the best Italian cuisine on this side of the 305. Besides exquisite Italian food, Toscana Divino is also known for its CVS receipt-size wine list, which is full of great finds.
