The four-course menu features dishes like kinilaw hamachi, rodeo lumpia, clam fat ragu pizza, oxtail lasagna with peanut sauce, pork adobo porchetta, and halo halo for dessert. June marks the first anniversary of Niño Gordo, and the Wynwood hotspot is celebrating by debuting a fan-favorite dish from its famed Buenos Aires flagship (currently ranked #21 on Latin America’s 50 Best) for the very first time in Miami. Throughout the month, guests can order Chef Germán Sitz’s iconic mollejas, grilled sweetbreads finished with kimchi, edamame, sweet chili, and corn pickles. Oof.
This is the dish that helped earn the original Buenos Aires restaurant its cult following.
