Midweek just got seductive. This Wednesday, we’re heading straight to Beauty and the Butcher as they turn the early evening into a playground for Coral Gables’ in-the-know crowd. From 5 to 7 p.m., the Coral Gables hotspot pulses with energy: bartenders shaking rose & lychee or miss promiscuous martinis, while regulars and first-timers alike snag a seat at the bar or cozy up in a booth.
