Monday, February 24: National Tortilla Chip Day at Bar Tulio’s

What to Do in Miami This Week [Feb 24-Mar 2] - Bar Tulio's, El Turco, Lobster Shack, Mutra, weekly - March 2025

If there’s one thing we love, it’s a crunchy, salty tortilla chip paired with a zesty margarita—and if you know what’s good, you know Bar Tulio’s is the spot to make it happen. This Monday night, we’re rolling up to this Wynwood hotspot and going all in on the ultimate chip feast: chips and salsa, chips and guac, and the holy grail—Tulio’s Nachos. Think crispy chips loaded with black beans, melty cheese, pico de gallo, fresh cilantro, jalapeños, pickled onions, juicy tomato, and a dollop of sour cream. And because we don’t do things halfway, we’re adding steak.

Mondays at Bar Tulio’s mean $7 margaritas all night long. We’re talking their signature house margarita, frozen or on the rocks, made with Jose Cuervo Tradicional Silver tequila. So sip, dip, repeat.

Tuesday, February 25: National Clam Chowder Day at the Lobster Shack

What to Do in Miami This Week [Feb 24-Mar 2] - Bar Tulio's, El Turco, Lobster Shack, Mutra, weekly - March 2025

Dive with us spoon-first into the ultimate comfort food because National Clam Chowder Day is calling—and The Lobster Shack is answering. Whether you’re soaking up the vibes at South Pointe or kicking back on Lincoln Road, this chowder is the real deal: thick, creamy, and packed with plump, juicy clams.

And let’s be real—no proper chowder moment is complete without a little extra indulgence. Pair it with one of their legendary buttery lobster rolls or some crispy, flavor-packed fish tacos, and you’ve got yourself a full-on seafood feast. Miami’s got sunshine, sea breezes, and some of the best coastal eats around.

Saturday, March 1: Meze at El Turco

What to Do in Miami This Week [Feb 24-Mar 2] - Bar Tulio's, El Turco, Lobster Shack, Mutra, weekly - March 2025

Round up the crew and roll into El Turco this Saturday night—it’s the spot for drinks, vibes, and a meze spread off the charts. If you’re all about sharing and tasting a little bit of everything, this Turkish gem has your name all over it.

We’re talking velvety hummus whipped up fresh daily, drenched in olive oil, dusted with paprika and kissed with isot pepper for that extra kick. Cool off with cacık—a garlicky yogurt dream with shredded cucumber—or dive into delicate sarma, grape leaves stuffed with rice and spices. And let’s not forget the sides: premium Turkish olives, imported cheeses, and freshly baked flatbreads made for dipping. No night at El Turco is complete without a round (or two) of their signature sips. So grab a glass, pass the bread, and let’s feast.

Sunday, March 2: Dinner at the Newly Opened Mutra

What to Do in Miami This Week [Feb 24-Mar 2] - Bar Tulio's, El Turco, Lobster Shack, Mutra, weekly - March 2025

Mutra, the brainchild of Executive Chef Raz Shabtai, is shaking up Miami’s dining scene with an innovative take on Levantine and Israeli flavors. Named after his grandmother and culinary muse, this 60-seat gem in North Miami delivers bold, boundary-pushing dishes rooted in tradition yet bursting with modern creativity. Think Beet 3 Ways Salad with vegan tzatziki, pickled beets, grilled beets, ribbons of torched beets, Kalamata olives, chermoula salsa, tiny arugula, radish, “angel hair” scallion, black olive powder, and candied almonds; 1 Perfect Falafel with Tahi-amba, tomato gel, Israeli salad, zaatar, pickled red onion, and micro cilantro; or the 1000 Layers Steak with Tahi-amba, burn salad, Anaheim hot pepper and grilled pita.

Everything is made from scratch, sourced locally, and served with a side of chef-curated beats for a full sensory experience. With a rotating lineup of new creations weekly, it’s where tradition gets a stylish, flavorful glow-up. Chef Shabtai’s mission? Honor the past, cook forward, and keep Miami hungry for more. Reservations are encouraged.

Mutra is located at 2188 NE 123 Street, North Miami, FL 33181. For more information, visit their official website.
